扁管換熱器內縱向渦強度與換熱強度對應關系

【摘要】:縱向渦強化傳熱技術在管翅式換熱器中得到了廣泛的應用。但是一直以來對縱向渦強化傳熱的研究主要停留在渦產(chǎn)生器結構參數(shù)及布置方式對換熱的影響方面,文獻對縱向渦強度與換熱強度之間定量關系的研究鮮有報道。建立了采用縱向渦強化傳熱的扁管管翅換熱器數(shù)值模型,采用二次流強度參數(shù)Se分析了翅片及渦產(chǎn)生器結構參數(shù)變化時,通道內縱向渦強度與換熱強度之間的定量關系;并定量分析了通道中渦產(chǎn)生器引起的縱向渦強度增量與傳熱強化量之間的定量關系。結果表明:翅片及渦產(chǎn)生器結構參數(shù)變化時,Nu、Se與Re之間,以及阻力系數(shù)f與Re及Se之間均不存在定量對應關系,但Se與Nu以及?Se與?Nu之間存在對應關系。這表明,在布置有縱向渦產(chǎn)生器的扁管管翅換熱器翅側通道內,縱向渦強度決定了通道內的換熱強度。
[Abstract]:The longitudinal vortex enhanced heat transfer technology has been widely used in tubular fin heat exchangers, but the study of longitudinal vortex enhanced heat transfer has been mainly focused on the influence of the structure parameters and arrangement of vortex generator on heat transfer. The quantitative relationship between longitudinal vortex strength and heat transfer intensity is rarely reported. A numerical model of flat tube fin heat exchanger with longitudinal vortex enhancement is established. The quantitative relationship between longitudinal vortex strength and heat transfer intensity in the channel is analyzed by using the secondary flow strength parameter se when the structural parameters of fin and vortex generator vary. The quantitative relationship between longitudinal vortex strength increment and heat transfer enhancement caused by vortex generator in the channel is quantitatively analyzed. The results show that when the structural parameters of fin and vortex generator change, there is a relationship between Nuanse and re. There is no quantitative correspondence between resistance coefficient f and re and se, but se and Nu as well as? Se and? It is shown that the longitudinal vortex intensity determines the heat transfer intensity in the fin side channel of the flat tube fin heat exchanger with longitudinal vortex generator.
