供熱燃?xì)忮仩t煙氣余熱深度利用技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究與分析

【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界氣候變化,環(huán)境惡化,資源緊缺,如何節(jié)約和充分利用能源成為首先加以考慮的問題。作為耗能企業(yè),能源成本已經(jīng)占到企業(yè)總成本相當(dāng)大的比重,如何降低能耗費(fèi)用,開源節(jié)流,已成為各個企業(yè)積極探索的問題之一。隨著清潔能源天然氣的大量使用,天然氣熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)和燃?xì)忮仩t供熱成為了城市的一種重要的供熱方式。天然氣在鍋爐里燃燒釋放出的熱量不會全部被應(yīng)用,不可避免地要產(chǎn)生一部分損失。其中排煙損失是各項熱損失中最大的一項。如果對煙氣排放中的熱量加以回收利用可以提高鍋爐的熱效率,對節(jié)能減排具有重要意義。本文通過對供熱燃?xì)忮仩t煙氣余熱利用技術(shù)途徑和機(jī)理的研究,以實際工程為背景分析幾種技術(shù)應(yīng)用的適用條件、運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)以及工程應(yīng)用的實際效果。另外,燃?xì)忮仩t氮氧化物的排放問題目前已經(jīng)引起人們的高度重視,如何控制氮氧化物的排放已迫在眉睫,通過對煙氣余熱深度利用與脫硝一體技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究分析,得到該技術(shù)與常規(guī)方案在節(jié)能性及環(huán)保效益方面的優(yōu)勢。最終得到如何對供熱燃?xì)忮仩t進(jìn)行煙氣余熱利用技術(shù)改造應(yīng)用的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, climate change, environmental deterioration and resource shortage in the world, how to save and make full use of energy has become the first question to be considered. As an energy-consuming enterprise, energy cost has already accounted for a large proportion of the total cost of the enterprise. How to reduce the cost of energy consumption, increase revenue and cut expenditure has become one of the problems actively explored by various enterprises. With the extensive use of clean energy natural gas, Natural gas cogeneration and gas-fired boiler heating have become an important heating mode in the city. The heat released from the burning of natural gas in the boiler will not be fully applied. The loss of exhaust smoke is the largest of all heat losses. If the heat from flue gas emissions is recycled, the thermal efficiency of the boiler can be improved. It is of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction. Through the research on the technical approach and mechanism of flue gas waste heat utilization in heating gas boiler, the application conditions of several technologies are analyzed in the background of actual engineering. In addition, the problem of nitrogen oxide emission from gas fired boiler has been paid great attention to, and how to control the nitrogen oxide emission is urgent. Through the research and analysis on the application of the technology of deep utilization and denitrification of flue gas waste heat, The advantages of the technology and the conventional scheme in energy saving and environmental protection benefit are obtained. Finally, the conclusion is drawn on how to transform and apply the technology of flue gas waste heat utilization to the heating gas boiler.
