【摘要】:以某燃煤電廠選擇性催化還原(SCR)脫硝系統(tǒng)蜂窩式催化劑為研究對象,在中試試驗臺上對不同運(yùn)行時間下的催化劑脫硝性能進(jìn)行了檢測,評估了不同工況下的脫硝效率、氨逃逸量、SO2/SO3轉(zhuǎn)化率等性能參數(shù),并運(yùn)用X射線衍射、X射線熒光光譜儀和氮?dú)馕摳降确椒▽Υ呋瘎┻M(jìn)行了理化特性表征。結(jié)果表明:催化劑未發(fā)生因運(yùn)行溫度過高造成的燒結(jié)失活;運(yùn)行過程中飛灰沉積造成的微觀特性劣化是導(dǎo)致催化劑脫硝性能下降的主要原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上給出了催化劑壽命管理建議,以期為電廠的運(yùn)行管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:In a coal-fired power plant (SCR) selective catalytic reduction denitration system of honeycomb catalyst as the research object, in the pilot test rig on catalyst for different operation time under the denitrification performance were tested, evaluated under different operating conditions, denitration efficiency of ammonia escape, SO2/SO3 conversion rate and other performance parameters, and the use of X X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer X and nitrogen adsorption desorption method on the physicochemical properties of catalysts were characterized. The results showed that: the catalyst did not cause deactivation due to the high operation temperature; the deterioration of the microstructure caused by fly ash deposition was the main reason leading to the decrease of the denitrification performance of the catalyst. On the basis of this, the suggestion of the life management of the catalyst is given in order to provide reference for the operation and management of the power plant.
