【摘要】:針對(duì)彎葉片可以減少激波損失且作用機(jī)理不明的問(wèn)題,對(duì)工業(yè)汽輪機(jī)中跨聲速、超聲速流動(dòng)條件下彎葉柵進(jìn)行了數(shù)值研究,分析了彎葉片對(duì)流場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,并為此設(shè)計(jì)了葉片彎角分別為0°、±5°、±10°、±15°、±20°、±25°的11種正、反彎角靜葉方案,彎葉片彎高為50%展向,葉根與葉頂彎角相同。研究結(jié)果表明:彎葉片改變了激波結(jié)構(gòu),這一作用在不同的超聲速條件下是相同的;在壓比較大、流量較小的條件下,工業(yè)汽輪機(jī)采用超聲速設(shè)計(jì)是可行的。彎葉片在超聲速條件下可以降低葉柵損失,且存在最優(yōu)值;相對(duì)于亞聲速流動(dòng),超聲速動(dòng)葉吸力面上的損失減小;11種方案下靜葉片正彎設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)動(dòng)葉壓力面影響較小,靜葉片反彎設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)動(dòng)葉壓力面與吸力面均有較大影響。該結(jié)果可為工業(yè)汽輪機(jī)超聲速設(shè)計(jì)、研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:The curved blade can reduce the shock and loss mechanism is unknown, the industrial steam turbine transonic and supersonic flow are studied under the condition of curved blade, analyzes the influence of curved blade on the flow structure, and to design the blade angle was 0 degrees, plus or minus 5 degrees, plus or minus 10 degrees, plus or minus 15 degrees, plus or minus 20 degrees, plus or minus 25 degrees of the 11 kinds of positive and negative bending angle of stators, curved blade bending high 50% spanwise blade root and leaf angle, Dingwan same. The research results show that the curved blades change the shock wave structure, which is the same under different supersonic conditions. Under the condition of large pressure and small flow rate, it is feasible to adopt supersonic design for industrial steam turbines. The curved blade can reduce the cascade loss at supersonic speed, and there exists an optimum value; compared to the subsonic flow, supersonic blade suction surface on the loss; 11 kinds of scheme design of dynamic static blade positive curving influence leaf surface pressure, anti bending design of vane surface and the suction pressure surface have a greater impact. The results can be used as a reference for the design and research of ultrasonic speed of industrial steam turbine.
