【摘要】：本文首先論述了國土資源信息化管理的現(xiàn)狀和“一張圖”的背景，并以此延伸分析了國土資源一張圖及綜合信息監(jiān)管平臺(tái)當(dāng)前的建設(shè)情況，作者提出了對(duì)國土資源一張圖及綜合信息監(jiān)管的認(rèn)識(shí)和定位�；诖�，本文提出了省級(jí)國土資源一張圖和綜合信息監(jiān)管平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)目的：大型綜合國土資源數(shù)據(jù)庫，面向服務(wù)架構(gòu)國土資源一張圖平臺(tái)，模型化的國土資源綜合信息監(jiān)管平臺(tái)。 基于設(shè)計(jì)目的，作者總結(jié)了平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)的問題和歸納了平臺(tái)建設(shè)的需求，并對(duì)整個(gè)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了整體架構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)總體設(shè)計(jì)，，作者在第三章詳細(xì)論述了所使用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。這些技術(shù)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫建庫的關(guān)鍵問題給出了解決方案，對(duì)一張圖平臺(tái)的功能構(gòu)件化、構(gòu)件服務(wù)化、服務(wù)配置化、服務(wù)聚合方案提出了解決策略，對(duì)綜合信息監(jiān)管平臺(tái)的指標(biāo)體系與模型的構(gòu)建給出了解決方案。 在這些研究的基礎(chǔ)上，作者簡單實(shí)現(xiàn)了省級(jí)國土資源一張圖及綜合信息監(jiān)管平臺(tái)，并進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。測(cè)試表明作者提出的一系列的解決方案都有很強(qiáng)的可行性，可以作為其他同類項(xiàng)目的重要參考。
[Abstract]:This paper first discusses the present situation of land and resources information management and the background of "one map", and then extends and analyzes the current construction of a map of land and resources and a comprehensive information supervision platform. The author puts forward the understanding and orientation of a map of land and resources and the supervision of comprehensive information. Based on this, this paper puts forward the design purpose of a map of provincial land and resources and a comprehensive information supervision platform: large-scale integrated land and resources database, service-oriented architecture of a map platform of land and resources. Model land and resources comprehensive information supervision platform. Based on the design purpose, the author summarizes the problems of platform design and sums up the requirements of platform construction, and carries on the overall architecture and design to the whole platform. According to the overall design, the author discusses the key technologies in detail in the third chapter. These technologies give solutions to the key problems of database building, and propose solutions to the functional components, component service, service configuration and service aggregation of a graph platform. The solution to the construction of the index system and model of the comprehensive information supervision platform is given. On the basis of these studies, the author simply implements a map of provincial land and resources and a comprehensive information supervision platform, and carries on the test. The test results show that a series of solutions proposed by the author are feasible and can be used as an important reference for other similar projects.
