【摘要】：土地資源是地球資源重要組成部分之一�，F(xiàn)在的城市化進程愈來愈快,土地在城市資源中的地位愈來愈重要,土地資源變的愈來愈稀缺。土地是城市發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。土地儲備制度的產(chǎn)生,其目的是致力于“更有效更有計劃地利用、使用土地”。土地儲備制度是集約利用和優(yōu)化土地資源的手段之一,現(xiàn)在很多國家、城市已經(jīng)建立了比較完善的土地儲備制度。 本文在土地儲備中引入GIS技術(shù)。結(jié)合土地儲備業(yè)務(wù),設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了土地儲備信息系統(tǒng)。本文探索了在滿足土地儲備業(yè)務(wù)需求的基礎(chǔ)上,進行有效的土地儲備管理。同時針對土地的時空特性,利用GIS在空間、屬性信息管理的優(yōu)勢,實現(xiàn)了對土地儲備業(yè)務(wù)的支持,以及對未來土地需求進行預(yù)測。本學(xué)位論文的主要研究內(nèi)容及成果如下： 1、土地儲備業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)模型的設(shè)計。 根據(jù)土地儲備的時空特性,結(jié)合土地儲備業(yè)務(wù),基于數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計基本原理,設(shè)計了土地儲備業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)模型。提出了基于元數(shù)據(jù)的空間信息、屬性信息一體化建模模式。利用該模式能夠較好的處理土地儲備過程中遇到的問題。并能夠進行土地儲備數(shù)據(jù)模型的構(gòu)建,從而實現(xiàn)了土地儲備信息系統(tǒng)對土地儲備業(yè)務(wù)的管理。 2、土地儲備信息系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。 利用UML面向?qū)ο蟮南到y(tǒng)設(shè)計語言,對土地儲備業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)模型進行構(gòu)建。面向?qū)ο蟮母拍詈驮O(shè)計思想的引入,是系統(tǒng)設(shè)計過程簡單化、便捷化、系統(tǒng)化。利用UML面向?qū)ο蟮南到y(tǒng)設(shè)計思想完成了土地儲備信息系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。 3、土地儲備信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。 采用多層軟件體系,應(yīng)用VS和ArcGIS平臺,開發(fā)了有特色的土地儲備信息系統(tǒng)。利用該系統(tǒng)能夠滿足土地儲備業(yè)務(wù)的初步應(yīng)用需求,提高辦事效率。利用該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)涞貕K進行圖形、屬性一體化管理,為土地儲備工作提供便利。土地儲備信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)為土地儲備的管理提供了穩(wěn)定的、可擴展的平臺支持。 總之,本文引入GIS技術(shù),針對儲備地塊的時空特性進行數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計、業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)模型建模,利用土地儲備信息系統(tǒng)能夠從空間、時間、屬性三個方面對儲備地塊進行一體化管理,為促進土地儲備管理提供了一種新思路。
[Abstract]:Land resources are one of the most important components of earth resources. Now the process of urbanization is getting faster and faster, the status of land in urban resources is more and more important, and land resources become more and more scarce. Land is the foundation of urban development. The purpose of land reserve system is to use land more efficiently and systematically. Land reserve system is one of the means of intensive utilization and optimization of land resources. Now, many countries, cities have established a relatively perfect land reserve system. This paper introduces GIS technology into land reserve. Combined with the land reserve business, the land reserve information system is designed and implemented. This paper explores the effective management of land reserve on the basis of satisfying the business demand of land reserve. At the same time, according to the spatio-temporal characteristics of land, this paper makes use of the advantages of GIS in space and attribute information management, realizes the support of land reserve business, and forecasts the land demand in the future. The main research contents and achievements of this dissertation are as follows: 1. The design of land reserve business data model. According to the spatio-temporal characteristics of land reserve, combined with land reserve business, the data model of land reserve business is designed based on the basic principle of database design. The integration modeling mode of spatial information and attribute information based on metadata is proposed. The use of this model can better deal with the problems encountered in the process of land reserves. And can carry on the land reserve data model construction, thus has realized the land reserve information system to the land reserve business management. 2, the overall structure design of land reserve information system. Using UML object-oriented system design language, the land reserve business data model is constructed. The introduction of object-oriented concept and design idea is the simplification, convenience and systematization of system design process. The overall structure of the land reserve information system is designed by using the object-oriented system design idea of UML. 3, the development of land reserve information system. Using multi-layer software system and VS and ArcGIS platform, a special land reserve information system is developed. This system can meet the initial application demand of land reserve business and improve the efficiency. The system can be used to manage the reserve plot and attribute in an integrated way, so as to facilitate the land reserve work. The development of land reserve information system provides a stable and expandable platform support for the management of land reserve. In a word, this paper introduces GIS technology, carries on the database design, the business data model modeling, uses the land reserve information system to carry on the integrated management to the reserve parcel from the space, the time, the attribute three aspects, according to the reserve plot space-time characteristic, the business data model modeling. It provides a new idea for promoting land reserve management.
