【摘要】：針對(duì)項(xiàng)目周期長(zhǎng)、分布廣、布控范圍小等特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析研究,整合項(xiàng)目各階段數(shù)據(jù)信息、將現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理理論與GIS技術(shù)結(jié)合并應(yīng)用到項(xiàng)目管理當(dāng)中,開發(fā)了基于GIS的項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)。著重介紹GIS在項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)中空間查詢、空間分析以及空間可視化表達(dá)構(gòu)建專題圖,熱力圖等功能,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)對(duì)客戶源、項(xiàng)目地點(diǎn)、相關(guān)單位輻射范圍的宏觀把握,全局可視化掌控各行政區(qū)項(xiàng)目密集度,項(xiàng)目完成狀態(tài)等,及時(shí)掌握項(xiàng)目時(shí)間與空間分布與變化,為企業(yè)更好地規(guī)劃和發(fā)展提供數(shù)據(jù)處理分析平臺(tái)和決策支持,進(jìn)一步提高企業(yè)的管理信息化水平。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of long project cycle, wide distribution and small scope of control, this paper analyzes and studies, integrates the data information of each stage of the project, combines the modern project management theory with GIS technology and applies it to the project management. A project management system based on GIS is developed. This paper mainly introduces the functions of GIS in the project management system, such as spatial query, spatial analysis, spatial visualization, construction of thematic map and thermal map, etc., so as to strengthen the macroscopic grasp of the radiation range of customer source, project location and related units. Global visualization controls project intensity, project completion status, and so on, and timely grasps the distribution and change of project time and space, and provides data processing and analysis platform and decision support for better planning and development of enterprises. Further improve the level of enterprise management information.
