【摘要】：數(shù)字正射影像圖大規(guī)模的制作與應(yīng)用是基礎(chǔ)測繪發(fā)展的基本要求,現(xiàn)已為數(shù)字城市、不動產(chǎn)登記基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè)等提供有力的信息支持和保障。隨著航空遙感技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,推掃式影像的應(yīng)用因其優(yōu)勢而發(fā)展迅猛,ADS100推掃式大幅面影像數(shù)據(jù)的生產(chǎn),減少了人工干預(yù),降低了工作量,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。本文結(jié)合湖南省不動產(chǎn)統(tǒng)一登記基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè)項目,總結(jié)了ADS100推掃式影像正射影像圖的生產(chǎn)工藝及質(zhì)量控制。該方法已經(jīng)在生產(chǎn)實踐中得到了驗證,既能夠保證產(chǎn)品精度又能夠提高生產(chǎn)效率,對推動不動產(chǎn)統(tǒng)一登記基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè)具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The large-scale production and application of digital orthophoto map is the basic requirement of the development of basic surveying and mapping. It has provided powerful information support and guarantee for the digital city, the real estate registration basic data construction and so on. With the rapid development of aerial remote sensing technology, the application of push-scan image develops rapidly because of its advantages. The production of ADS100 push-sweep large-format image data reduces the manual intervention, reduces the workload and improves the production efficiency. In this paper, the production technology and quality control of ADS100 push-scan orthophoto image are summarized in the light of the basic data construction project of unified registration of real estate in Hunan Province. The method has been verified in production practice, which can not only guarantee the precision of the product but also improve the production efficiency. It has certain reference significance for promoting the construction of the basic data of unified registration of real estate.
