基于CUDA的三維成像載荷快速融合處理方法研究

【摘要】:三維成像載荷是一種能夠同時(shí)采集激光雷達(dá)數(shù)據(jù)以及CCD影像,并快速融合生成三維立體影像的新型載荷,其所獲取的激光點(diǎn)云具有規(guī)則格網(wǎng)分布的特點(diǎn),適合采用并行的方式進(jìn)行處理。結(jié)合計(jì)算統(tǒng)一設(shè)備架構(gòu)(CUDA)對(duì)三維成像載荷快速融合處理算法核心部分進(jìn)行了針對(duì)性的并行方案設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了三維影像的高程值內(nèi)插與平面坐標(biāo)解算的快速處理,與基于CPU的串行執(zhí)行模式相比,基于CUDA的三維成像載荷快速融合處理方法可顯著提高計(jì)算效率,并行計(jì)算加速比可達(dá)約12倍,可支持成像區(qū)域三維影像的實(shí)時(shí)生成。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional imaging load is a new type of load which can simultaneously collect lidar data and CCD images and quickly fuse to generate three-dimensional images. The laser point cloud acquired by the payload has the characteristics of regular grid distribution. It is suitable for parallel processing. Combined with the unified computing equipment architecture (CUDA), a parallel scheme is designed for the fast fusion algorithm of 3D imaging load, which realizes the fast processing of elevation interpolation and plane coordinate solution of 3D image. Compared with the serial execution mode based on CPU, the fast fusion method of 3D imaging load based on CUDA can significantly improve the computational efficiency, and the speedup of parallel computation can reach about 12 times, which can support the real-time generation of 3D images in the imaging region.
