【摘要】：探討了應急地圖的特點,簡要分析了云南省現(xiàn)行的應急地圖制作流程及缺點;結合云南省應急地圖制作的實際情況,簡要闡述了基于"圖庫一體化"技術的多級比例應急制圖預案設計的主要思想及實施關鍵點;實現(xiàn)了應急地圖憑經(jīng)驗設計到快速設計的轉變,大大縮短了制作時間,提高了成圖效率,更好地發(fā)揮了應急地圖在處置突發(fā)事件中的突出作用;最后就目前存在的問題提出了下一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the characteristics of emergency map, briefly analyzes the current emergency map making flow and shortcomings in Yunnan Province, and combines with the actual situation of emergency map making in Yunnan Province. This paper briefly expounds the main ideas and key points of multi-level scale emergency mapping preplan design based on "map library integration" technology, realizes the transformation of emergency map design from experience to rapid design, and greatly shortens the time for making emergency map. It improves the efficiency of mapping and gives play to the prominent role of emergency map in dealing with emergencies. Finally, the paper puts forward the next research direction for the existing problems.
