GIS技術(shù)在北京市市政排水管網(wǎng)控制管理的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)城市建設(shè)步伐不斷加快,市政排水管網(wǎng)規(guī)劃和管理工作也日加重要。傳統(tǒng)的城市排水管網(wǎng)規(guī)劃依靠人工管理和人工統(tǒng)計(jì)的分析方法、分析以及制圖的管理方式,存在著局部性、短期性及非動(dòng)態(tài)性。這樣人工管理方式造成了管理工作的片面性和滯后性,顯然這種模式已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足城市發(fā)展的要求,迫切需要建立一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)化的、電子化的、便于管理的城市排水管網(wǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)。另一方面,現(xiàn)有排水管網(wǎng)的管理數(shù)據(jù)較籠統(tǒng),精確度不夠,對(duì)于預(yù)測(cè)汛期管網(wǎng)運(yùn)行管理提供數(shù)據(jù)分析不足。本論文針對(duì)市政排水管網(wǎng)精細(xì)化管理問(wèn)題和搶修流程管理問(wèn)題,以BJPSJT公司運(yùn)用地理信息系統(tǒng)技術(shù)(GIS)和排水管網(wǎng)的動(dòng)態(tài)模擬技術(shù)為例,BJPSJT公司運(yùn)用GIS對(duì)城市排水管網(wǎng)進(jìn)行合理的管理、設(shè)計(jì)和改造,有效地控制雨污水溢流和污染,使城市綜合排水能效得到一定程度的提升。本文主要研究北京市地下排水管網(wǎng)的排水系統(tǒng),結(jié)合地理信息系統(tǒng)在市政排水管網(wǎng)日常工作中的應(yīng)用,提出了本文的研究目標(biāo)和主要研究?jī)?nèi)容。根據(jù)日常工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的不斷總結(jié)、數(shù)據(jù)分析,以及以往搶險(xiǎn)遇到的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),提出了GIS數(shù)據(jù)管理的精確性、及時(shí)性、定量性以及搶修流程管理的新流程,并應(yīng)用于GIS平臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)管理以及汛期應(yīng)急搶險(xiǎn)和管理工作中,實(shí)現(xiàn)GIS應(yīng)用于市政排水管網(wǎng),提高管理效率。根據(jù)地理信息技術(shù)的功能特點(diǎn)及對(duì)城市排水管網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)的功能分析,提出了對(duì)于研究問(wèn)題的解決方案,為市政排水管網(wǎng)管理打下基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)本論文的研究,為今后城市市政排水官網(wǎng)信息化管理提出新的展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, the pace of urban construction in China has been quickened, and the planning and management of municipal drainage network is becoming more and more important. The traditional urban drainage network planning depends on the manual management and manual statistical analysis, analysis and cartographic management, there are local, short-term and non-dynamic. This way of artificial management has caused one-sidedness and lag in management work. Obviously, this mode can no longer meet the requirements of urban development. It is urgent to establish a dynamic and electronic one. The dynamic planning system of urban drainage pipe network is easy to manage. On the other hand, the current management data of drainage network are more general, and the accuracy is not enough, which is not enough to provide data analysis for predicting the operation and management of pipeline network in flood season. This paper aims at the fine management of municipal drainage pipe network and the management of rush repair process. Taking BJPSJT Company's application of (GIS) and dynamic simulation technology of drainage network as an example, BJPS JT Company uses GIS to manage, design and transform urban drainage network reasonably, and effectively control the overflow and pollution of rainwater. The energy efficiency of urban comprehensive drainage has been improved to a certain extent. This paper mainly studies the drainage system of underground drainage pipe network in Beijing. Combined with the application of geographic information system in the daily work of municipal drainage pipe network, the paper puts forward the research goal and main research content of this paper. According to the continuous summary of daily work experience, data analysis, and the problems encountered in the past, the experience is summed up, and the accuracy, timeliness, quantification of GIS data management and the new process of rush repair process management are put forward. It is applied to data management of GIS platform and emergency rescue and management in flood season. The application of GIS in municipal drainage network can improve management efficiency. According to the function characteristics of geographic information technology and the function analysis of urban drainage network geographic information system, this paper puts forward the solution to the research problem, which lays the foundation for municipal drainage pipe network management, through the research of this paper, This paper puts forward a new prospect for the information management of municipal drainage website in the future.
