【摘要】：地圖學(xué)研究的主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)是"地圖",但不同歷史時(shí)期的地圖其信息源、主題、內(nèi)容、載體、形式、制作方法和應(yīng)用方式是不同的,當(dāng)然它的全方位價(jià)值也就不同了。從科學(xué)史上的科學(xué)范式的變化來看,隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的到來,如今已經(jīng)步入"數(shù)據(jù)密集型"科學(xué)范式時(shí)代,地圖學(xué)亦如此,具有明顯的大數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)的特征。所有大數(shù)據(jù)都是由包括人類活動(dòng)在內(nèi)的地理世界的任何事物和任何現(xiàn)象運(yùn)動(dòng)變化產(chǎn)生的,都具有空間和時(shí)間特性,當(dāng)然也就離不開空間參照和時(shí)間參照。因此,大數(shù)據(jù)本質(zhì)上就是時(shí)空大數(shù)據(jù)。自20世紀(jì)50年代末60年代初以來的現(xiàn)代地圖學(xué),即信息化時(shí)代的地圖學(xué),是以時(shí)空數(shù)據(jù)為對(duì)象的,其核心是時(shí)空數(shù)據(jù)處理與表達(dá),但并沒有像今天面對(duì)天空地海一體的大規(guī)模多源(元)異構(gòu)和多維動(dòng)態(tài)的數(shù)據(jù)流(或流數(shù)據(jù)),地圖的實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)性、主題針對(duì)性、內(nèi)容復(fù)合性、載體多樣化、表現(xiàn)形式個(gè)性化、制作方法現(xiàn)代化、應(yīng)用泛在化等特征,是以往任何時(shí)期都無法比擬的,這就產(chǎn)生了地圖學(xué)理論、技術(shù)和應(yīng)用體系的巨大變化。而所有這些變化都正好發(fā)生在20世紀(jì)50年代末和60年代初以來的約60年間,故以本文紀(jì)念《測(cè)繪學(xué)報(bào)》創(chuàng)刊60周年。
[Abstract]:The main battlefield of cartography research is "map", but its information source, subject, content, carrier, form, method of making and application are different in different historical periods, of course, its omni-directional value is also different. From the change of the scientific paradigm in the history of science, with the arrival of the big data era, we have now stepped into the era of "data intensive" scientific paradigm, cartography also has the obvious characteristics of big data science. All big data are produced by any change of things and phenomena in the geographical world, including human activities, and all of them have the characteristics of space and time, of course, they can not be separated from spatial reference and time reference. Therefore, big data is essentially space-time big data. Since the late 1950s and the early 1960s, modern cartography, that is, cartography in the information age, is based on spatio-temporal data, the core of which is the processing and expression of spatio-temporal data. However, there is no large-scale multi-source (element) heterogeneous and multi-dimensional dynamic data flow (or data flow), such as the integration of sky, earth and sea, the real-time dynamic nature of maps, the pertinence of themes, the complexity of content, the diversification of carriers, and the individuation of expression forms. The modernization of production methods and the application of ubiquitous methods are unparalleled at any time in the past, which has resulted in great changes in cartography theory, technology and application system. All these changes occurred in the late 1950s and early 1960s, so this paper commemorates the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Journal of surveying and Mapping.
