【摘要】：GML作為一種地理信息編碼規(guī)范，不斷的被完善及廣泛應(yīng)用于數(shù)據(jù)交換、數(shù)據(jù)集成、數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、數(shù)據(jù)管理、移動GIS及基于位置服務(wù)（LBS）等領(lǐng)域，因此大量的GML空間數(shù)據(jù)不斷涌現(xiàn)；另一方面，隨著地理信息領(lǐng)域求解問題的規(guī)�；�、復(fù)雜化，對計算平臺的存儲和計算能力提出了更高的要求。傳統(tǒng)的單機環(huán)境在管理、處理海量GML空間數(shù)據(jù)時遇到很大的瓶頸。近年來，在學(xué)術(shù)界興起的云計算技術(shù)，為GML空間數(shù)據(jù)的高效管理和處理提供了一個新思路。如何在云計算環(huán)境下高效存儲管理和應(yīng)用海量的GML空間數(shù)據(jù)，已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前的熱點問題。而對空間數(shù)據(jù)進行合理組織，設(shè)計高效的空間索引，是空間查詢及空間分析等一切應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ)。因此，本文對云計算環(huán)境下海量GML空間數(shù)據(jù)存儲索引機制進行研究有重要的意義。 本文以現(xiàn)有GML存儲管理理論為基礎(chǔ)，研究在云計算環(huán)境下GML空間數(shù)據(jù)的存儲和索引建立方面理論。借助開源云計算平臺Hadoop進行實現(xiàn)和效率測試。主要研究內(nèi)容包括以下幾個方面。 1）深入研究GML空間數(shù)據(jù)模型、數(shù)據(jù)特點并且與傳統(tǒng)空間數(shù)據(jù)進行比較。深入研究云計算相關(guān)原理與技術(shù)，為在云計算環(huán)境下存儲管理GML空間數(shù)據(jù)奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。 2）借用Hadoop開源云計算平臺，深入研究其HDFS(分布式文件系統(tǒng))、MapReduce并行編程框架及架構(gòu)在分布式文件系統(tǒng)上的列數(shù)據(jù)庫HBase，針對GML空間數(shù)據(jù)半結(jié)構(gòu)化的特點，提出了一種GML空間數(shù)據(jù)在HBase中的存儲的數(shù)據(jù)模型。為了驗證HBase數(shù)據(jù)庫分布式存儲的性能，本文在不同節(jié)點數(shù)的集群環(huán)境下對數(shù)據(jù)寫入HBase速度進行測試，實驗證明，隨著節(jié)點數(shù)的增多，數(shù)據(jù)寫入速度加快。并且與傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫做了對比實驗，結(jié)果證明，，在大數(shù)據(jù)量的情況下，HBase并行存儲GML空間數(shù)據(jù)，比傳統(tǒng)空間數(shù)據(jù)庫有更大的性能優(yōu)勢。 3）研究探索云計算環(huán)境下的GML空間數(shù)據(jù)的并行空間索引：本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的空間數(shù)據(jù)劃分策略及并行空間索引算法，提出一種適合GML空間數(shù)據(jù)的劃分策略并在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了一種多層并行空間索引結(jié)構(gòu)。最后，進行了簡單的空間范圍查詢實驗，在不同查詢邊界和不同節(jié)點數(shù)的方案下測試索引的查詢效率。結(jié)果證明，本文提出的并行索引體系在空間查詢方面具有較好的性能。
[Abstract]:As a kind of geographic information coding standard , it has been perfected and widely used in data exchange , data integration , data distribution , data storage , data management , mobile GIS and location service ( LBS ) .
On the other hand , with the scale and complexity of solving the problem in the field of geographic information , the storage and computing power of the computing platform is more demanding . The traditional single - machine environment has a great bottleneck in the management and processing of the large amount of data . In recent years , the cloud computing technology in the academic circle has provided a new idea for the efficient management and processing of the spatial data .

In this paper , based on the existing storage management theory , the paper studies the theory of the storage and indexing of the spatial data based on the cloud computing environment . The realization and efficiency test are carried out with the help of the open source cloud computing platform Hadoop . The main research contents include the following aspects .

1 ) In - depth study of the spatial data model , data characteristics and comparison with the traditional spatial data .

In order to verify the distributed storage performance of HBase database , this paper presents a data model for data writing in HBase . 3 ) Research and explore the parallel spatial index of spatial data in the cloud computing environment : combining with the existing spatial data partitioning strategy and the parallel space index algorithm , this paper proposes a multi - layer parallel spatial index structure . Finally , a simple spatial range query experiment is carried out , and the query efficiency of the index is tested under the schemes of different query boundaries and different nodes .
