基于GIS的商業(yè)選址分析與研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前全球經(jīng)濟(jì)和國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)正經(jīng)歷結(jié)構(gòu)性調(diào)整,外部經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的變化促使消費(fèi)與投資位于國(guó)家發(fā)展重點(diǎn)的方向上。在連鎖服務(wù)市場(chǎng)上,規(guī)模產(chǎn)生效益是不變的真理。但是,這是建立在個(gè)體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)有力,整體協(xié)調(diào)一致的基礎(chǔ)上的規(guī)模,這樣才達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)上所指企業(yè)內(nèi)部的均衡。所以,特定時(shí)期內(nèi),高度關(guān)注門店的增長(zhǎng)方式集約、循環(huán)型地發(fā)展建設(shè),才能合理地向符合消費(fèi)需求發(fā)展的靈活化、多元化、高效化為特征的外向型現(xiàn)代商業(yè)要求。本文以Yum為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)商業(yè)選址理論及軟件開發(fā)理論進(jìn)行探討,旨在為Yum選址提供科學(xué)的技術(shù)和理論支持。 本文對(duì)Yum選址過(guò)程中的商業(yè)選址理論進(jìn)行探討,結(jié)合Yum實(shí)際情況,利用GIS理論對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的商業(yè)理論進(jìn)行合理的利用和創(chuàng)新,包括機(jī)會(huì)點(diǎn)評(píng)估,縮商圈及覆蓋優(yōu)化算法,基于路徑的緩沖區(qū)進(jìn)行研究,得到合理的商業(yè)選址位置。并且通過(guò)專業(yè)模型(Huff模型)對(duì)初步選擇的機(jī)會(huì)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步篩選。并且在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中已經(jīng)取得很好的效果,為Yum創(chuàng)造了可觀的商業(yè)價(jià)值。 結(jié)合軟件工程理論和傳統(tǒng)的軟件開發(fā)流程,針對(duì)商業(yè)選址的特殊性,得出商業(yè)選址獨(dú)特的開發(fā)流程及方法。在軟件開發(fā)中,,詳細(xì)介紹了軟件的接口調(diào)用,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)組織,軟件功能使用,以及用戶交互界面的展示。雖然選址理論和軟件開發(fā)理論已經(jīng)相當(dāng)成熟,本文針對(duì)當(dāng)下存在的商業(yè)選址問(wèn)題,將兩者很好的融合在一起,并且成功應(yīng)用在商業(yè)領(lǐng)域,具有很好的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the global economy and domestic economy are undergoing structural adjustment, and the changes in the external economic environment push consumption and investment in the direction of national development priorities. In the chain service market, the scale produces the benefit is the invariable truth. However, this is based on the scale of individual competition, overall coordination, so as to achieve the economics of the internal balance of the enterprise. Therefore, in a specific period, we should pay close attention to the intensive growth mode of stores and develop and construct circularly, so that we can reasonably meet the needs of flexible, diversified and highly efficient extroverted modern commercial requirements that accord with the development of consumer demand. Taking Yum as the research object, this paper discusses the commercial location theory and software development theory, aiming at providing scientific technical and theoretical support for Yum location selection. This paper discusses the theory of commercial location selection in the process of Yum location, combining with the actual situation of Yum, using GIS theory to make rational use and innovation of the traditional business theory, including opportunity point evaluation, business circle shrinking and coverage optimization algorithm. The route-based buffer is studied to obtain a reasonable location of commercial location. And through the professional model (Huff model) to the initial selection of opportunities for further screening. And has achieved good results in practical applications, creating considerable commercial value for Yum. Based on the theory of software engineering and the traditional software development process, the unique development process and method of commercial location are obtained according to the particularity of commercial location. In the software development, the software interface call, database organization, the use of software functions and the display of user interface are introduced in detail. Although the theory of location selection and software development has been quite mature, this paper aims at the existing commercial location problem, the two are well integrated together, and successfully applied in the field of business, which has a good guiding role.
