【摘要】：預制單元分塊軌道板是高速鐵路板式無砟軌道的承載結構，其預制的幾何尺寸精度將直接影響高鐵的建設質(zhì)量和運行安全。傳統(tǒng)的軌道板檢測方法速度慢、效率低，無法滿足對生產(chǎn)出的每一塊軌道板進行外形尺寸測量的流程要求。論文針對高速鐵路軌道板檢測需求和傳統(tǒng)檢測方法存在的不足，引入工業(yè)數(shù)字攝影測量技術，嘗試開展高速鐵路軌道板快速檢測的幾個關鍵技術研究。 論文針對攝影測量數(shù)據(jù)計算中法方程矩陣具有稀疏性特點，提出了基于LM算法的稀疏矩陣光束法平差算法，解決了攝影測量平差計算階段效率低的問題，驗證了算法的有效性；提出了基于四叉樹方法的點到曲面投影初值計算方法，解決了點到自由曲面投影的初值計算問題；通過分析ICP與加速ICP算法，提出了測量點到三維CAD模型間最優(yōu)擬合計算的加速ICP改進算法，解決了測量數(shù)據(jù)與產(chǎn)品設計三維模型之間檢驗的計算問題。在此基礎上，設計了基于工業(yè)數(shù)字攝影測量的高鐵軌道板快速檢測實驗系統(tǒng)，實驗分析結果驗證了應用該系統(tǒng)進行高鐵軌道板快速檢測的可行性。
[Abstract]:Prefabricated block track slab is the bearing structure of slab ballastless track in high-speed railway. The precision of prefabricated geometric dimension will directly affect the construction quality and operation safety of high-speed railway. The traditional track plate detection method is slow in speed and low in efficiency, and can not meet the requirement of measuring the shape and size of each track plate produced. In order to meet the needs of high-speed railway track plate detection and the shortcomings of traditional detection methods, this paper introduces the industrial digital photogrammetry technology to try to carry out several key technologies of high-speed railway track plate rapid detection. Aiming at the sparse characteristic of normal equation matrix in photogrammetry data calculation, this paper proposes a sparse matrix beam adjustment algorithm based on LM algorithm, which solves the problem of low efficiency in photogrammetric adjustment calculation stage, and verifies the validity of the algorithm. In this paper, a method of calculating the initial value of point-to-surface projection based on quadtree method is proposed, which solves the problem of calculating the initial value of point-to-free surface projection. An improved ICP algorithm for the optimal fitting between measuring points and 3D CAD models is proposed, which solves the problem of checking between the measured data and the 3D model of product design. On this basis, an experimental system of high-speed rail plate rapid detection based on industrial digital photogrammetry is designed. The experimental results verify the feasibility of using the system for high-speed rail plate rapid detection.
