【摘要】：為了實(shí)現(xiàn)"三規(guī)合一"基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、規(guī)劃編制成果等在發(fā)改委、規(guī)劃、國(guó)土等部門(mén)間的互聯(lián)互通、共享交換,以Arc GIS Server10平臺(tái),使用Service GIS技術(shù),開(kāi)發(fā)了將"三規(guī)合一"數(shù)據(jù)成果以服務(wù)的形式進(jìn)行共享發(fā)布、注冊(cè)申請(qǐng)、審批管理的系統(tǒng),為"三規(guī)"統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃的編制審批、調(diào)整修編、實(shí)施評(píng)估等工作提供了共享交換平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the "three rules in one" basic data, planning and compilation results in the development and reform commission, planning, land and other departments of the interconnection, sharing and exchange, using Arc GIS Server 10 platform, the use of service GIS technology, The system of sharing, publishing, registration application and examination and approval management of "three rules in one" data is developed, which provides a shared exchange platform for the compilation, examination and approval, adjustment and revision, implementation and evaluation of the unified planning of the "three rules".
