【摘要】：地理信息系統(tǒng)技術(shù)（Geographic Information System，簡(jiǎn)稱GIS）由來已久，同時(shí)隨著計(jì)算機(jī)圖形學(xué)，數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)等快速發(fā)展都對(duì)地理信息系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響，直接推動(dòng)了其實(shí)踐前行。車輛導(dǎo)航，人員定位，交通查詢等基于位置服務(wù)的需求不斷增長(zhǎng)的背景下，更好的空間數(shù)據(jù)共享，更便捷的訪問以及更簡(jiǎn)單的操作，GIS通過WEB功能擴(kuò)展真正成為了普通民眾的使用工具�？臻g信息的利用正走入日常生活及普通民眾中，存在著可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。由此，電信企業(yè)作為信息服務(wù)最為重要的提供者，應(yīng)緊跟市場(chǎng)需求，改變現(xiàn)有服務(wù)系統(tǒng)和技術(shù)手段提供更豐富的功能和多樣化的應(yīng)用，同時(shí)，結(jié)合具有自身優(yōu)勢(shì)的移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)建立自由系統(tǒng)和增值產(chǎn)品。此外也可成為企業(yè)和行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的契機(jī)和方向。 本文正是以此基礎(chǔ)上探討和研究公司W(wǎng)EBGIS系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建,以迎合新的市場(chǎng)需求以及企業(yè)行業(yè)商業(yè)價(jià)值空間的提升，主要探討如下幾點(diǎn)： (1)本文以公司自有系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目為藍(lán)本，，在明確了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、市場(chǎng)需求以及價(jià)值導(dǎo)向的前提下，對(duì)現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)能力進(jìn)行了評(píng)估分析。在規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)過程中著重對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)管理以及訪問管理進(jìn)行了研究。其中，建立的二級(jí)訪問機(jī)制完善了控制訪問管理，更好實(shí)現(xiàn)與其他IT系統(tǒng)共享以及安全使用。 (2)結(jié)合需求，通過借鑒CDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)的GPSONE定位技術(shù)，采納混合定位模式以解決實(shí)際使用中碰到的一些問題。同時(shí)，詳細(xì)介紹了整個(gè)通信設(shè)計(jì)框架以及接口設(shè)計(jì)，描述了通信功能，實(shí)現(xiàn)方法以及相關(guān)參數(shù)設(shè)置。然后介紹了客戶端GIS相應(yīng)功能信息的展示方法，比如地圖創(chuàng)建格式及元素，軌跡的生成以及空間地址解析的調(diào)用方法等。 (3)為提高客戶端地圖瀏覽速度，本系統(tǒng)采用了客戶端瓦片模型，通過金字塔模型進(jìn)行構(gòu)建，并提出采用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)方法管理，建立索引機(jī)制即邏輯分塊、物理分塊和瓦片節(jié)點(diǎn)編碼，此外還結(jié)合客戶端Ajax技術(shù)有效提高了地圖操作效率。由于需要系統(tǒng)建設(shè)有很好的共享機(jī)制，通過提出的Hirer管理模型對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)管理進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化，方便二級(jí)單位進(jìn)行圖層數(shù)據(jù)管理解決了維護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)不一及維護(hù)工作量大問題。另由鉤子模型和數(shù)據(jù)掛接，能夠重用地圖服務(wù)并方便調(diào)用業(yè)務(wù)庫(kù)中豐富的業(yè)務(wù)屬性。 (4)結(jié)合了搜索原理，Geocoding技術(shù)以及Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)，提出了數(shù)據(jù)的全量和增量同步及二次搜索方法，改進(jìn)了查詢速度和搜索準(zhǔn)確度。 本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃中，通過新的技術(shù)融入以及系統(tǒng)模型的改進(jìn)，應(yīng)用層面得到了豐富，客戶端響應(yīng)速度改善明顯，數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)更新得到規(guī)范，此外結(jié)合分析原系統(tǒng)情況和性能問題，在網(wǎng)絡(luò)和硬件投入上也進(jìn)行了升級(jí)和擴(kuò)容。經(jīng)測(cè)試混合定位技術(shù)以及客戶端瓦片模型等方法的采納實(shí)施解決了原來的問題，加強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)功能性，達(dá)到了預(yù)期的建設(shè)目標(biāo)和實(shí)際效果。此外，經(jīng)過試運(yùn)營(yíng)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)已投入到各個(gè)系統(tǒng)部門正常使用和商業(yè)價(jià)值開發(fā)。本共享系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)和技術(shù)方法也可為相關(guān)行業(yè)企業(yè)建設(shè)提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:Geographic Information System ( GIS ) is the most important provider of information service .

Based on this , this paper discusses and studies the construction of the company ' s WEB GIS system to meet the new market demand and the promotion of the business value space of the enterprise industry , and mainly discusses the following points :

( 1 ) Based on the company ' s own system project , this paper makes an assessment and analysis of the existing system ability under the premise of clarifying the enterprise strategy , the market demand and the value guidance . The paper mainly studies the data management and the access management in the planning and design process . The two - level access mechanism has improved the control access management , and better sharing with other IT systems and safe use .

( 2 ) Based on the GPSONE positioning technology of CDMA network , the hybrid positioning mode is adopted to solve some problems encountered in practical use . At the same time , the whole communication design framework and interface design are introduced , the communication function , implementation method and relevant parameter settings are described . Then the display method of the corresponding function information of the client GIS is introduced , such as map creation format and element , the generation of the track and the calling method of spatial address resolution .

( 3 ) In order to improve the browsing speed of the client map , the client tile model is adopted in the system , and the database storage method is adopted to manage the index mechanism , namely the logical partition , the physical partition and the tile node .

( 4 ) Combining the search principle , the Geocoding technology and the Oracle database technology , the full and incremental synchronization of the data and the second search method are put forward , which improves the query speed and the search accuracy .

In the design and planning of the system , through the new technology integration and the improvement of the system model , the application level is enriched , the response speed of the client is improved obviously , the data maintenance update is standardized , the original problem is solved by adopting the adoption of the method such as the test mixed positioning technology and the client tile model .
