【摘要】：在農(nóng)村土地承包經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)的確權(quán)登記工作中,利用影像圖在AutoCAD平臺(tái)下解析出土地邊界,實(shí)地調(diào)查土地邊界的正確性,并核實(shí)土地權(quán)屬信息及共有人信息,在確保數(shù)據(jù)的完整性和準(zhǔn)確性后,將數(shù)據(jù)按照國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)格式轉(zhuǎn)換至GIS管理平臺(tái)。在AutoCAD平臺(tái)的多段線向GIS數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換中,利用Esri的C++開(kāi)源庫(kù)Shape Lib,使用.NET語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行二次開(kāi)發(fā),對(duì)地塊線進(jìn)行拓?fù)錂z查、屬性檢查,將地塊線轉(zhuǎn)換為Polygon實(shí)體的形文件,擴(kuò)展屬性轉(zhuǎn)入DBF文件,最終生成GIS通用格式Shapefile文件,從而提高了工作效率,具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the registration of the right to the contracted management of rural land, the land boundary is analyzed by using the image map under the AutoCAD platform, and the correctness of the land boundary is investigated, and the information of land ownership and joint owners is verified. After ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data, the data is converted to the GIS management platform according to the national standard format. In the conversion of multi-segment lines from AutoCAD platform to GIS, using the C open source library shape Libin of Esri, using .NET language to carry on the secondary development, to carry on the topological inspection, the attribute inspection to the plot line, to convert the plot line to the Polygon entity shape file. The extended attributes are transferred to the DBF file, and finally the general format Shapefile of GIS is generated, which improves the working efficiency and has certain practical value.
