基于MapGIS的江西省國(guó)土資源“一張圖”建設(shè)的技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:信息化時(shí)代已經(jīng)以迅猛的腳步跨入當(dāng)今世界。經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域在信息技術(shù)的帶領(lǐng)下正發(fā)生著深刻的變革。同樣國(guó)土資源管理也面臨著勢(shì)不可擋、發(fā)展迅猛的信息化革命。近年來(lái),“數(shù)字國(guó)土”工程的實(shí)施、國(guó)家“一張圖”工作的積極推進(jìn),各省、市、縣國(guó)土資源信息化建設(shè)工作正如火如荼的開(kāi)展。然而“一張圖”的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源廣泛、數(shù)據(jù)種類(lèi)繁多、格式多源、數(shù)據(jù)量大等問(wèn)題,,勢(shì)必對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)管理、數(shù)據(jù)地圖服務(wù)及應(yīng)用等帶來(lái)一定的困難。 本論文結(jié)合江西省“一張圖”工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,首先研究了基于MapGIS的江西省省級(jí)“一張圖”工程的平臺(tái)技術(shù)背景,結(jié)合江西省“一張圖”工程建設(shè)的技術(shù)路線(xiàn),分析研究了江西省“一張圖”工程的總體系統(tǒng)框架、C/S和B/S混搭的網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行結(jié)構(gòu)。其次對(duì)空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)容、數(shù)據(jù)的組織存儲(chǔ)和核心數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究分析。最后論述了“一張圖”工程建設(shè)中的功能模塊以及實(shí)現(xiàn)這些功能的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),研究的主要內(nèi)容和成果包括: ⒈入庫(kù)前的數(shù)據(jù)需進(jìn)行一系列規(guī)范性的檢查,剖析了數(shù)據(jù)檢查流程、導(dǎo)入導(dǎo)出的技術(shù); ⒉省級(jí)“一張圖”是個(gè)浩大的工程,匯集各個(gè)縣市數(shù)據(jù)包括矢量數(shù)據(jù)、影像數(shù)據(jù)、業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)等多源異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù),提出以中間件技術(shù)解決異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)管理的思想及其配置中間件的方法。 ⒊研究分析了WebGIS信息發(fā)布、地圖瓦片技術(shù)在“一張圖”工程建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用,以江西省四個(gè)年度的遙感影像數(shù)據(jù)為例,介紹了同一窗口多時(shí)域?qū)Ρ葹g覽技術(shù)在“一張圖”工程中的實(shí)現(xiàn);根據(jù)江西省“一張圖”工程的建設(shè)情況,闡述了實(shí)施地圖瓦片技術(shù)的系統(tǒng)配置,以江西省會(huì)昌縣總體規(guī)劃數(shù)據(jù)為例,以理論輔以技術(shù)實(shí)踐,詳細(xì)介紹了地圖瓦片技術(shù)的發(fā)布實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程; ⒋結(jié)合江西省“一張圖”三維發(fā)布系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),介紹了二三維一體化的雛形。
[Abstract]:The information age has entered the world with swift and violent steps. Under the leadership of information technology, profound changes are taking place in all fields of economy and society. Similarly, land and resources management is also facing an unstoppable, rapid development of the information revolution. In recent years, with the implementation of the "Digital Land" project and the active promotion of the "one map" work, the information construction of the land and resources of the provinces, cities and counties is being carried out in full swing. However, the "one chart" has a wide range of data sources, a wide variety of data types, multiple formats, large amounts of data, and so on, which is bound to manage the data. Data map service and application bring some difficulties. In this paper, based on the construction project of "one map" in Jiangxi Province, the platform technology background of "one map" project in Jiangxi province based on MapGIS is studied. Combined with the technical route of the "one drawing" project in Jiangxi Province, the network operation structure of the "one map" project in Jiangxi Province is analyzed and studied, which is composed of C / S and B / S. Secondly, the structure content of spatial database, the organization and storage of data and the design of core database are studied and analyzed in detail. Finally, the function modules in the construction of "one drawing" project and the key technologies to realize these functions are discussed. The main contents and results of the research include: 1 the data before entering the warehouse need a series of normative checks, and the data checking flow is analyzed. The technology of importing and exporting. 2 the provincial "one map" is a huge project, which gathers the data of various counties and cities, including vector data, image data, business data, and so on. This paper puts forward the idea of using middleware technology to solve the problem of heterogeneous data management and the method of configuring middleware. 3 the application of WebGIS information publishing and map tile technology in the construction of "one map" project is studied and analyzed. Taking the remote sensing image data of four years in Jiangxi Province as an example, this paper introduces the realization of the same window multi-time domain contrast browsing technology in the "one picture" project, and according to the construction situation of the "one map" project in Jiangxi Province, The system configuration of implementing map tile technology is expounded. Taking the data of general planning of Huichang County in Jiangxi Province as an example, the theory is used to assist the technical practice. The realization process of map tile technology is introduced in detail, and the embryonic form of integration of two and three dimensions is introduced combining with the construction of "one map" 3D publishing system in Jiangxi Province.
