【摘要】：土地是一種綜合的自然資源，是最基本最廣泛最重要的，用來(lái)滿足人類自身需要和改善自身的環(huán)境條件。通過(guò)人類的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程，對(duì)土地資源的質(zhì)量和利用方式，有了系統(tǒng)的要求。土地利用調(diào)查是保持土地利用現(xiàn)狀詳查數(shù)據(jù)現(xiàn)實(shí)性的重要手段。 隨著桌面GIS、WebGIS和移動(dòng)GIS技術(shù)的提出，以及第三代無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的迅速發(fā)展，土地利用現(xiàn)狀變更調(diào)查的方式方法，變得更具時(shí)效性和靈活性。 現(xiàn)代的移動(dòng)GIS技術(shù)，，集GIS、GPS、無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和多媒體技術(shù)于一體，通過(guò)移動(dòng)終端和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的交互，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)空間地理對(duì)象的查詢、檢索、管理、空間分析、監(jiān)測(cè)、控制以及定位管理等功能。同時(shí)，制約于無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸速度、無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋率、GPS定位方式的精確度以及通訊傳輸?shù)陌踩缘取?本論文通過(guò)對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外GIS移動(dòng)開(kāi)發(fā)模式和二次開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)，結(jié)合土地利用調(diào)查的實(shí)際需求，在UCMap平臺(tái)上開(kāi)發(fā)出一個(gè)基于安卓系統(tǒng)的土地利用調(diào)查外業(yè)試用軟件。并對(duì)該軟件進(jìn)行測(cè)試，實(shí)現(xiàn)軟件的簡(jiǎn)單應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Land is a kind of comprehensive natural resources, is the most basic and most important, used to meet the needs of human beings and improve their own environmental conditions. Through the process of human production, there are systematic requirements for the quality and utilization of land resources. Land use survey is an important means to maintain the reality of detailed land use survey data. With the development of desktop GIS and mobile GIS technology, and the rapid development of the third generation wireless network, the methods of land use status change survey become more time-efficient and flexible. The modern mobile GIS technology, which integrates GIS GPS, wireless network technology, Internet technology and multimedia technology, realizes the query, retrieval, management, spatial analysis and monitoring of spatial geographic objects through the interaction between mobile terminals and databases. Control and location management and other functions. At the same time, it restricts the transmission speed of wireless network, the accuracy of GPS positioning mode and the security of communication transmission. By comparing the domestic and foreign GIS mobile development model and secondary development platform, combined with the actual demand of land use survey, this paper develops a land use survey field trial software based on Android on UCMap platform. The software is tested to realize the simple application of the software.
