【摘要】：移動GIS是在嵌入式系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上集成先進的移動定位技術(shù)、移動計算技術(shù)、移動通信技術(shù),以拓展地理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用范圍,提高地理信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)采集和數(shù)據(jù)管理能力為目的的計算機系統(tǒng)。隨著嵌入式備計算能力的提高以及移動定位技術(shù)與移動通信技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,利用移動GIS進行和位置相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)采集成為移動GIS的一個重要應(yīng)用方向。 論文從移動GIS在國內(nèi)外研究和發(fā)展的狀況出發(fā),闡述了在移動獲取地理信息方面存在的問題和開發(fā)移動GIS在該方面應(yīng)用的意義,然后分析了移動GIS發(fā)展的相關(guān)技術(shù),針對傳統(tǒng)的移動數(shù)據(jù)采集方式中存在的采集數(shù)據(jù)精度和效率低以及現(xiàn)有的移動數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)偏重于空間位置測量等問題,論文以土地利用現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查為背景,將移動GIS技術(shù)、GPS定位技術(shù)用于土地利用調(diào)查實時顯示的數(shù)據(jù)采集。設(shè)計并開發(fā)了基于移動GIS技術(shù)的土地利用調(diào)查實時顯示系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)除了具有傳統(tǒng)的空間信息顯示、查詢、分析等功能外,還可以實現(xiàn)實時的定位導(dǎo)航功能。更重要的是,它能保存采集到的數(shù)據(jù),并把它轉(zhuǎn)換成包含空間信息的電子地圖,實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的重復(fù)利用,同時通過無線業(yè)務(wù)(GPRS)無線上網(wǎng)技術(shù)實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的上傳下載和野外實時更新地圖數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Mobile GIS integrates advanced mobile positioning technology, mobile computing technology and mobile communication technology on the basis of embedded system to expand the application scope of GIS. A computer system designed to improve the ability of data acquisition and data management in geographic information systems (GIS). With the improvement of embedded standby computing ability and the rapid development of mobile positioning technology and mobile communication technology, it is an important application direction of mobile GIS to use mobile GIS to collect location-related data. Starting from the research and development of mobile GIS at home and abroad, this paper expounds the existing problems in mobile access to geographic information and the significance of developing mobile GIS in this field, and then analyzes the related technologies of mobile GIS development. Aiming at the problems of low precision and efficiency in the traditional mobile data acquisition and the emphasis on the spatial position measurement in the existing mobile data acquisition system, the paper takes the survey of land use status as the background. The mobile GIS technology is applied to the real time display data acquisition of land use survey. A land use survey real-time display system based on mobile GIS technology is designed and developed. Besides the traditional functions of spatial information display, query and analysis, the system can also realize real-time positioning and navigation functions. More importantly, it can save the collected data and convert it into an electronic map containing spatial information, so that the data can be reused. At the same time, it can upload and download data and update map data in real time through wireless service GPRS.
