三維建模方法在城市三維地籍?dāng)?shù)據(jù)庫建庫中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來,隨著我國城市化的快速發(fā)展,使得城市內(nèi)部的土地資源變得越來越緊缺,而土地資源的利用,也向著多層次、高利用率的立體化方向發(fā)展。傳統(tǒng)的二維地籍管理因自身存在的局限性,已經(jīng)無法滿足現(xiàn)今社會發(fā)展的需要,是以現(xiàn)階段的地籍管理方式正慢慢的向著三維地籍管理模式轉(zhuǎn)變。因此,三維地籍管理就成為當(dāng)前土地研究的重點(diǎn)。 作為三維地籍?dāng)?shù)據(jù)庫場景搭建的重要組成部分,三維模型在各個方面起著重要作業(yè)。三維建筑物模型代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的二維平面圖,可以直觀表現(xiàn)出地籍與宗地的相互關(guān)系;三維界址模型可以準(zhǔn)確的顯示出三維空間內(nèi)的宗地權(quán)屬關(guān)系。 本文以長春市三維地籍?dāng)?shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)的契機(jī)為切入點(diǎn),對于構(gòu)建三維數(shù)字城市的主要環(huán)節(jié)的三維仿真模型進(jìn)行了研究。以航空攝影測量、激光點(diǎn)云掃描、傾斜攝影技術(shù)等建模方法,配合外業(yè)實(shí)地照片采集,應(yīng)用3D Max、Photoshop軟件將兩者相結(jié)合,建成真三維仿真場景,同時構(gòu)建GIS數(shù)據(jù)搭載平臺,將DOM正射影像數(shù)據(jù)、DEM數(shù)字高程模型、界址點(diǎn)線模型、宗地體模型、交通設(shè)施模型、輔助設(shè)施模型等多種數(shù)據(jù)類型統(tǒng)一結(jié)合成三維地籍信息系統(tǒng),為其他省市的相關(guān)項(xiàng)目起了借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, with the rapid development of urbanization in our country, the land resources in cities become more and more scarce, and the utilization of land resources is also developing towards the direction of multi-level and high-utilization. The traditional two-dimensional cadastral management, because of its own limitations, has been unable to meet the needs of the current social development, is the current cadastral management mode is slowly changing to three-dimensional cadastral management mode. Therefore, the three-dimensional cadastral management has become the focus of land research. As an important part of 3D cadastral database scene building, 3D model plays an important role in all aspects. Three-dimensional building model can directly show the relationship between cadastral and ancestral land, and 3D boundary model can accurately show the relationship between land ownership and land ownership in three-dimensional space instead of the traditional two-dimensional plan. Based on the opportunity of constructing 3D cadastral database in Changchun, this paper studies the 3D simulation model of the main link of 3D digital city. With aerial photogrammetry, laser point cloud scanning, tilt photography technology and other modeling methods, combined with field photo collection, 3D Max Photoshop software will be used to build a true three-dimensional simulation scene, at the same time to build a GIS data loading platform. The digital elevation model of Dem, boundary point line model, terrain model, traffic facilities model, auxiliary facility model and other data types of DOM orthophoto image data are integrated into a three-dimensional cadastral information system. For other provinces and cities related projects play a reference role.
