基于ArcGIS Engine的縣域煤礦區(qū)土地復(fù)墾數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:煤炭作為我國(guó)主要的能源來(lái)源,發(fā)揮著重要的作用。煤礦的開(kāi)采對(duì)我國(guó)環(huán)境造成了巨大的破壞,特別是多年采煤的山西,更是如此。礦區(qū)的土地破壞和山西省日益尖銳的耕地緊張問(wèn)題形成了鮮明對(duì)比,因此,煤礦區(qū)的土地復(fù)墾顯得意義重大。山西省產(chǎn)煤大縣很多,礦區(qū)土地復(fù)墾情況各異,而且土地復(fù)墾數(shù)據(jù)繁雜、龐大,國(guó)土資源管理部門(mén)在礦區(qū)土地復(fù)墾管理方面長(zhǎng)期缺乏一套可靠、有效、科學(xué)的煤礦區(qū)土地復(fù)墾數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)。本論文在山西省煤炭資源兼并重組整合的大背景下,以重組資源整合煤礦區(qū)土地復(fù)墾方案數(shù)據(jù)為基本資料,在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)需求分析和用戶(hù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了縣域煤礦區(qū)土地復(fù)墾數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)的屬性數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模型設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),建立了屬性數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),并用連接碼的方法在屬性數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)之間進(jìn)行了連接。 縣域煤礦區(qū)土地復(fù)墾數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)必須具備實(shí)用性、綜合性和規(guī)范性等各項(xiàng)基本特點(diǎn),在熟知這些特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,基于ArcGIS二次開(kāi)發(fā)組件ArcGIS Engine,在可視化編程平臺(tái)Visual Studio上,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和功能模塊確定,對(duì)其具體功能進(jìn)行了開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn),并以長(zhǎng)治縣仙泉煤礦為例進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析,系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了基本GIS功能和專(zhuān)題GIS功能,比如查詢(xún)、鷹眼等,實(shí)例證明本系統(tǒng)有較好的實(shí)用性和現(xiàn)實(shí)性。
[Abstract]:As the main source of energy in China, coal plays an important role. The mining of coal mine has caused great damage to the environment of our country, especially Shanxi, which has been mining for many years. The land destruction in mining area is in sharp contrast with the shortage of cultivated land in Shanxi Province, so the land reclamation in coal mining area is of great significance. There are many big coal-producing counties in Shanxi Province, and the situation of land reclamation in mining areas is different, and the data of land reclamation is complex and huge. The land and resources management departments have long lacked a set of reliable and effective land reclamation management in mining areas. Scientific land reclamation database management system in coal mine area. Under the background of coal resources merger and reorganization in Shanxi Province, this paper takes the data of land reclamation project of coal mining area as the basic data, on the basis of database demand analysis and user analysis. The database model design and database structure design of attribute database and spatial database of land reclamation database management system in county coal mine area are carried out, and the attribute database and spatial database are established. The connection code is used to connect the attribute database and the spatial database. The land reclamation database management system in the county coal mine area must have the basic characteristics of practicability, comprehensiveness and standardization. On the basis of familiar with these characteristics, based on ArcGIS engineer, the secondary development component of ArcGIS, the system is developed on the visual programming platform Visual Studio. The system structure design and function module are determined, and its specific functions are developed and realized. Taking Xianquan Coal Mine in Changzhi County as an example, the system realizes the basic GIS function and the special GIS function, such as query, Eagle Eye, etc. Examples show that the system has good practicability and reality.
