【摘要】：山西作為全國(guó)的能源重化工業(yè)基地，其城市環(huán)境問(wèn)題已成為全國(guó)乃至全世界關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái)，伴隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)，山西省的城市化進(jìn)程顯著加快，從而使城市人居環(huán)境面臨著新的壓力與挑戰(zhàn)，如何在城市化不短加速的同時(shí)，確保城市人居環(huán)境的建設(shè)質(zhì)量，是一個(gè)擺在山西省各級(jí)政府面前的一個(gè)嚴(yán)峻話題。有鑒于此，本文對(duì)山西省十一個(gè)地級(jí)市城市人居環(huán)境發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行的一次實(shí)證研究。 城市人居環(huán)境，不僅包括城市居民生活的居住環(huán)境，還包括居民在這個(gè)實(shí)體環(huán)境中所進(jìn)行的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等活動(dòng)。本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外知名專家學(xué)者的人居環(huán)境理論與實(shí)踐研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行了深入的學(xué)習(xí)和分析的基礎(chǔ)上，客觀地探究了研究城市人居環(huán)境的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法，并對(duì)山西省城市進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。 立足于城市地理學(xué)及城市人居環(huán)境等基本理論，本文選取了山西省城市人居環(huán)境的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，從人文環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、服務(wù)環(huán)境以及生態(tài)環(huán)境四個(gè)子系統(tǒng)入手，，共選取指標(biāo)36個(gè)，這些指標(biāo)可以全面真實(shí)的反映城市人居環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀，并對(duì)于山西省十一個(gè)地級(jí)市的城市人居環(huán)境具有可行性和可比性。運(yùn)用層次分析的研究方法對(duì)山西省主要城市人居環(huán)境進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)，并運(yùn)用ArcGIS9.0將山西省行政區(qū)劃的矢量圖和統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算得出的城市人居環(huán)境總共得分聯(lián)系起來(lái)，使得評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的可視化。本文運(yùn)用SPSS13軟件和統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件Excel對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、處理和分析。最終，根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果分析山西省主要城市人居環(huán)境存在的問(wèn)題，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出山西省城市人居環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策與建議：遵循城市人居環(huán)境五大原則，加快各地級(jí)市城市人居環(huán)境建設(shè)步伐，加快城市經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型，提高城市整體經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力，加強(qiáng)城市基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè)，完善社會(huì)保障體系，提高人口素質(zhì)，發(fā)揮科技創(chuàng)新能力在城市發(fā)展中的巨大作用，促進(jìn)山西省城市人居環(huán)境整體質(zhì)量的提高。 本文共分為四部分：第一章，導(dǎo)言；第二章，山西省地級(jí)市城市人居環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀；第三章山西省城市人居環(huán)境指標(biāo)體系的建立；第四章，山西省城市人居環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:As a national energy and heavy chemical industrial base, Shanxi's urban environmental problems have become one of the key issues concerned by the whole country and even the whole world. Since entering the 21st century, with the sustained growth of the national economy, the urbanization process of Shanxi Province has been significantly accelerated, thus making the urban human settlements environment face new pressures and challenges, how to accelerate urbanization at the same time, To ensure the construction quality of urban human settlement environment is a serious topic in front of all levels of government in Shanxi Province. In view of this, this paper makes an empirical study on the development of human settlement environment in eleven prefectural cities in Shanxi Province. Urban living environment includes not only the living environment of urban residents, but also the social, economic, political and cultural activities carried out by residents in this physical environment. On the basis of the deep study and analysis of the research results of the theory and practice of the human settlement environment of famous experts and scholars at home and abroad, this paper objectively explores the comprehensive evaluation methods for the study of the urban human settlements environment. And carries on the demonstration analysis to the Shanxi Province city. Based on the basic theories of urban geography and urban human settlement environment, this paper selects the evaluation index system of Shanxi's urban human settlement environment, starting with the four subsystems of humanistic environment, economic environment, service environment and ecological environment. A total of 36 indicators are selected, which can reflect the present situation of urban human settlements environment, and have feasibility and comparability for 11 prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province. Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to evaluate the human settlements environment of the main cities in Shanxi Province, and using ArcGIS9.0 to connect the total scores of the urban human settlements environment calculated by the vector map and the statistical data of the administrative divisions of Shanxi Province. Visualize the evaluation results. This paper uses SPSS13 software and statistical software Excel to statistics, processing and analysis of data. Finally, according to the evaluation results, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the human settlements environment in the main cities of Shanxi Province, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of the urban human settlements environment in Shanxi Province on this basis: following the five principles of the urban human settlements environment, Speed up the construction of urban human settlements in cities at all levels, speed up the transformation of urban economy, enhance the overall economic strength of cities, strengthen the construction of urban basic services, improve the social security system, and improve the quality of the population. Bring into play the great role of scientific and technological innovation ability in urban development and promote the improvement of the overall quality of urban human settlements in Shanxi Province. This paper is divided into four parts: chapter one, introduction; chapter two, the present situation of human settlements in prefecture-level cities of Shanxi Province; chapter three, the establishment of the index system of urban human settlements in Shanxi Province; chapter four, Countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable development of urban human settlements in Shanxi Province.
