【摘要】:本文致力于研究小波理論在圖像尤其是遙感圖像處理領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用.文章首先總結(jié)了小波理論的源流與發(fā)展,介紹了連續(xù)小波變換、離散小波變換、多分辨分析和幾類經(jīng)典小波.對(duì)小波理論在信號(hào)和圖像處理領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用指出了其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn).進(jìn)而,針對(duì)經(jīng)典小波的缺陷改良,介紹了新型小波系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展沿革和現(xiàn)狀,主要包括脊波變換(Ridgelet)、曲波變換(Curvelet)、輪波變換(Contourlet)等,闡述了新型小波系統(tǒng)的主要思想和算法. 本文研究了數(shù)字音頻和圖像信號(hào)的小波去噪理論,對(duì)一維音樂(lè)信號(hào)和二維標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖像重點(diǎn)討論了小波閾值去噪算法,并進(jìn)行了去噪仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),根據(jù)峰值信噪比(PSNR)等判別參數(shù),將實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比. 一個(gè)明確而新穎的觀點(diǎn)是從紋理圖像的角度理解地圖,對(duì)遙感圖像作卡通和紋理分解.本文給出了離散小波框架變換的定義和用它來(lái)進(jìn)行紋理刻畫(huà)的方法,由此,結(jié)合Gabor小波和支持向量機(jī)SVM提出了圖像分割算法,并對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)紋理圖像庫(kù)圖像和北京地區(qū)遙感圖像進(jìn)行了紋理圖像分割實(shí)驗(yàn). 本文建立了數(shù)字脊波和數(shù)字曲波變換的圖像分解算法,比較了基于全局和局部對(duì)偶框架的GDF算法和LDF算法.給出了二維Gabor濾波器基函數(shù)的一般形式和圖形,討論了濾波器選取原則、設(shè)計(jì)方法和特征提取步驟,并用基于紋理分析的Gabor方法對(duì)遙感圖像目標(biāo)區(qū)域進(jìn)行特征提取和邊緣刻畫(huà). 輪波變換具有良好的多分辨率、局部化及方向性特征,本文重點(diǎn)討論了方向?yàn)V波器組的設(shè)計(jì).針對(duì)影像融合,探討了基于多孔atrous小波與廣義IHS變換結(jié)合的融合方法.此外,本文把測(cè)地線活動(dòng)輪廓(GAC)用曲波演化方法進(jìn)行多尺度改進(jìn),獲得曲波測(cè)地線蛇形活動(dòng)輪廓(CGS).探討了邊界探測(cè)函數(shù)的構(gòu)造.文章結(jié)尾提出“全息地圖”的概念構(gòu)想.
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the application of wavelet theory in image processing, especially in remote sensing image processing. In this paper, the source and development of wavelet theory are summarized, and the continuous wavelet transform, discrete wavelet transform, multi-resolution analysis and several classical wavelets are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of wavelet theory in signal and image processing are pointed out. Then, aiming at the defect improvement of classical wavelet, this paper introduces the development and current situation of the new wavelet system, including ridgelet transform, Qu Bo transform and wheel wave transform, etc. The main ideas and algorithms of the new wavelet system are expounded. In this paper, the wavelet denoising theory of digital audio and image signals is studied. The wavelet threshold denoising algorithm for one-dimensional music signal and two-dimensional standard image is discussed, and the simulation experiment is carried out, and the discriminant parameters such as PSNR are analyzed according to the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR). The experimental results are compared. A clear and novel view is to understand the map from the point of view of texture image and to decompose the remote sensing image by cartoon and texture. In this paper, the definition of discrete wavelet frame transform and the method of texture characterization are given. Therefore, an image segmentation algorithm based on Gabor wavelet and support vector machine (SVM) is proposed. The texture image segmentation experiments of standard texture image library and remote sensing image in Beijing area are also carried out. In this paper, the image decomposition algorithm of digital ridgelet and digital Qu Bo transform is established, and the GDF algorithm and LDF algorithm based on global and local dual frame are compared. In this paper, the general form and graph of the basic function of two-dimensional Gabor filter are given, and the selection principle, design method and feature extraction procedure of the filter are discussed, and the feature extraction and edge characterization of the target region of remote sensing image based on the Gabor method based on texture analysis are carried out. The wheel-wave transform has good multi-resolution, localization and directionality. The design of directional filter banks is discussed in this paper. For image fusion, the fusion method based on porous atrous wavelet and generalized IHS transform is discussed. In addition, in this paper, the geodesic active contour (GAC) is improved by using Qu Bo's evolution method, and then we obtain the active contours of Qu Bo geodesic snake-like activity. The construction of boundary detection function is discussed. At the end of the paper, the concept of "holographic map" is put forward.
