【摘要】：近些年來隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和地理信息系統(tǒng)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，地圖制圖技術(shù)得到一定的發(fā)展，地圖的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域也擴(kuò)大，我國是一個(gè)多民族居住國家，新疆是一個(gè)多民族聚居的地區(qū)，在日常生活中使用漢語的同時(shí)應(yīng)用本民族語言、文字的分量還是比較大，研究面向位置服務(wù)的少數(shù)民族地圖是對新疆生活的少數(shù)民族的生活帶來方便，，滿足他們對位置信息的需求具有很重要的意義。 研究過程中我首先要通過資料收集、實(shí)地調(diào)查等方法來得到理論性的資料并把它整理出來，后面通過利用地理信息系統(tǒng)專業(yè)軟件MapInfo和ArcGis還有Google map v3提供的開放性資源、Javascript語言、Html網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言等不同的地理信息系統(tǒng)軟件和計(jì)算機(jī)語言來多次進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，最后得到一定的研究成果并完成本研究，研究結(jié)果如下： 1.提出來維吾爾文地圖制作過程中維吾爾文文字標(biāo)注的規(guī)范。 2.實(shí)現(xiàn)了維吾爾文電子地圖在PC端上和移動(dòng)終端上的顯示和查詢。 3.實(shí)現(xiàn)了不同字體表示出來的維吾爾文文字同時(shí)出現(xiàn)一幅圖上。 本研究的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)就是：解決了維吾爾文在電子地圖上的標(biāo)注問題以外，最重要的是實(shí)現(xiàn)了手機(jī)上的顯示并查詢。 本研究取得一定的成果的同時(shí)還存在一些不足和不完整的部分，需要后面繼續(xù)研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology and geographic information system (GIS) technology, cartographic technology has been developed to a certain extent, and the application of map has also expanded. China is a multi-ethnic country. Xinjiang is a region inhabited by many ethnic groups. While using Chinese in daily life, it also uses its own national language. The study of location-oriented map of ethnic minorities is of great significance to the life of ethnic minorities living in Xinjiang, and to meet their needs for location information. In the course of my research, I first have to get theoretical data and sort it out by means of data collection, field investigation, and so on. After that, through the use of different GIS software and computer languages, such as MapInfo and ArcGis, as well as the open resource provided by Google map v3, such as Javascript language, HTML network language, and so on, the experiments have been carried out many times. Finally, some research results are obtained and this study is completed. The results are as follows: 1. The specification of Uygur character marking in Uygur map making is put forward. 2. The display and query of Uygur electronic map on PC and mobile terminal are realized. 3. Uygur characters represented by different fonts appear on a picture at the same time. The main innovation of this study is to solve the problem of Uygur tagging on the electronic map, the most important thing is to realize the display and query on the mobile phone. At the same time, there are some deficiencies and incomplete parts in this study, which need to be further studied.
