井下設(shè)備設(shè)施GIS管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著“十二五”規(guī)劃的進(jìn)行,我國對(duì)煤礦安全投入了巨大的人力物力,近幾年煤礦管理自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的普及為我國煤礦安全提供了保證,但因自動(dòng)化和信息化技術(shù)在煤礦設(shè)備設(shè)施管理業(yè)務(wù)中存在很多不足,設(shè)備設(shè)施可視化管理和臺(tái)賬自動(dòng)化管理還存在很多問題,對(duì)煤礦設(shè)備設(shè)施管理造成一定的負(fù)面影響。 通過對(duì)我國煤礦設(shè)備設(shè)施管理現(xiàn)狀的深入研究,在分析了目前設(shè)備設(shè)施管理系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出利用GIS可視化改善我國設(shè)備設(shè)施管理模式,并結(jié)合紅石巖煤礦項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)了井下設(shè)備設(shè)施GIS管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)。 本文詳細(xì)論述了利用GIS技術(shù)開發(fā)設(shè)備設(shè)施管理系統(tǒng)時(shí)的應(yīng)用模式與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。通過對(duì)技術(shù)的分析,利用ArcGIS engine進(jìn)行二次開發(fā)等開發(fā)模式,使開發(fā)過程高效率、低成本。并對(duì)空間數(shù)據(jù)與非空間數(shù)據(jù)的結(jié)合進(jìn)行探討。 在對(duì)紅石巖煤礦深入調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)之上,,對(duì)該礦的設(shè)備設(shè)施管理流程進(jìn)行分析整理。以GIS理論為基礎(chǔ),建立井下設(shè)備設(shè)施空間數(shù)據(jù)模型與屬性數(shù)據(jù)模型。利用ArcSDE與大型關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)合的方式對(duì)設(shè)備設(shè)施的眾多信息進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理,使其定量化、數(shù)字化、可視化。利用空間分析等技術(shù)解決煤礦生產(chǎn)中遇到的實(shí)際問題。采用C/S模式建立井下設(shè)備設(shè)施GIS管理系統(tǒng),保證系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定,數(shù)據(jù)安全。
[Abstract]:With the development of the 12th Five-Year Plan, our country has invested huge manpower and material resources in coal mine safety. In recent years, the popularization of coal mine management automation system has provided a guarantee for coal mine safety in our country. However, there are many shortcomings in the management of coal mine equipment and facilities by automation and information technology, and there are still many problems in the visual management of equipment and facilities and the automatic management of bookkeeping, which have a certain negative impact on the management of equipment and facilities in coal mines. On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the present equipment and facilities management system, this paper puts forward to improve the management mode of China's equipment and facilities by using GIS visualize, based on the in-depth study of the present situation of coal mine equipment and facilities management. Combined with Hongshiyan coal mine project, the design and development of GIS management system for underground equipment and facilities are realized. This paper discusses the application mode and key technology of developing equipment facility management system with GIS technology in detail. Through the analysis of the technology, the development mode of ArcGIS engine is used to make the development process high efficiency and low cost. The combination of spatial data and non-spatial data is discussed. Based on the investigation of Hongshiyan Coal Mine, the management process of equipment and facilities in Hongshiyan Coal Mine is analyzed and sorted out. Based on GIS theory, the spatial data model and attribute data model of underground equipment and facilities are established. By using ArcSDE and large relational database, the information of equipments and facilities is managed in a unified way, which can be quantified, digitized and visualized. Space analysis and other techniques are used to solve the practical problems encountered in coal mine production. The GIS management system of underground equipment and facilities is established by using C / S mode to ensure the system stability and data security.
