【摘要】：由于土地資源的供需與人口增長(zhǎng)矛盾的凸顯,土地利用問(wèn)題應(yīng)從宏觀到微觀進(jìn)行不同角度的分析,對(duì)土地利用的空間布局和數(shù)量結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究,為國(guó)土資源空間優(yōu)化配置提供可靠的依據(jù)。進(jìn)行不同尺度的空間分析需要多尺度空間數(shù)據(jù)作為基礎(chǔ),所以建立多尺度土地利用空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)在國(guó)土資源管理中顯得尤為重要。全國(guó)土地二調(diào)工作中,使用先進(jìn)的空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)構(gòu)建土地利用空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。在強(qiáng)大的空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)支持下和對(duì)土地利用空間數(shù)據(jù)的多尺度需求驅(qū)動(dòng)下,生產(chǎn)了大量的、多尺度的土地利用空間數(shù)據(jù),但是由于生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的平臺(tái)多樣,數(shù)據(jù)格式各異,導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)共享困難；同時(shí),多尺度空間數(shù)據(jù)獨(dú)立存儲(chǔ),大小比例尺間沒(méi)有相互的聯(lián)系,不宜進(jìn)行多尺度一體化管理,造成數(shù)據(jù)更新困難、易導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)不一致等一系列問(wèn)題。本文在參考大量的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)構(gòu)建多尺度土地利用空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)構(gòu)建進(jìn)行探索,并提供了多尺度建庫(kù)的一種思路。論文主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容和預(yù)期結(jié)果： 1.分析國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)土地利用空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)的研究情況和土地利用空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)構(gòu)建利用情況；對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外多尺度空間數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究及分析現(xiàn)在多尺度空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)構(gòu)建面臨的技術(shù)問(wèn)題。 2.分析空間數(shù)據(jù)模型、空間數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)管理的幾種方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),研究了空間數(shù)據(jù)和屬性數(shù)據(jù)一體化存儲(chǔ)和管理的機(jī)制。 3.分析多尺度空間數(shù)據(jù)的特征及目前多尺度空間數(shù)據(jù)建庫(kù)方案,研究每種方案的優(yōu)缺問(wèn)題。重點(diǎn)研究了多尺度空間數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建過(guò)程中多尺度數(shù)據(jù)間的連通關(guān)系的建立,連通關(guān)系的建立有兩種方法,一是通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)綜合對(duì)不變對(duì)象采用標(biāo)識(shí)碼建立關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系和通過(guò)對(duì)變化對(duì)象建立關(guān)系屬性表來(lái)建立關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。二是通過(guò)空間實(shí)體的一對(duì)一匹配和一對(duì)多匹配實(shí)現(xiàn)關(guān)系的建立。 4.進(jìn)行空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的概念設(shè)計(jì)和邏輯設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)空間數(shù)據(jù)分層和表結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。 5.建立一個(gè)多尺度行政區(qū)域(州(市)、縣、鄉(xiāng))的一體化土地利用空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),根據(jù)多尺度空間實(shí)體之間一對(duì)一、一對(duì)多、零對(duì)一或零對(duì)多的關(guān)系,建立多尺度數(shù)據(jù)之間關(guān)系屬性表實(shí)現(xiàn)多尺度數(shù)據(jù)間的連通。 6.基于.net和AE開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)輔助建庫(kù)工具,使用該工具填寫(xiě)了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的行政代碼、要素代碼、標(biāo)識(shí)碼、圖斑面積和地類圖斑面積進(jìn)行填寫(xiě),通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量檢查功能檢查數(shù)據(jù)的結(jié)構(gòu)、屬性、拓?fù)涞葍?nèi)容。使用入庫(kù)工具將以縣為單位的空間數(shù)據(jù)入庫(kù)。
[Abstract]:Because of the contradiction between supply and demand of land resources and population growth, land use problems should be analyzed from macro to micro angles, and the spatial distribution and quantity structure of land use should be studied. To provide reliable basis for land and resources spatial optimal allocation. Multi-scale spatial data is needed for spatial analysis of different scales, so it is very important to establish multi-scale land use spatial database in land and resource management. Land use spatial database is constructed by using advanced spatial database technology in the national land two-adjustment work. Supported by powerful spatial database technology and driven by multi-scale demand for land use spatial data, lots of land use spatial data are produced, but due to the diversity of production data platforms and different data formats, At the same time, the multi-scale spatial data is stored independently and there is no relationship between the scales, so it is not suitable for multi-scale integrated management, which makes it difficult to update the data and easily lead to inconsistent data and so on. Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, this paper explores the construction of a multi-scale land use spatial database, and provides a way to build a multi-scale database. The main contents and expected results of this paper are as follows: 1. The research situation of land use spatial database technology and the construction and utilization of land use spatial database at home and abroad are analyzed. This paper studies and analyses the related techniques of multi-scale spatial data construction at home and abroad and analyzes the technical problems faced with the construction of multi-scale spatial database. 2. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of spatial data model and several methods of spatial data storage and management, and studies the mechanism of integrated storage and management of spatial data and attribute data. 3. This paper analyzes the characteristics of multi-scale spatial data and the current multi-scale spatial data database construction scheme, and studies the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme. This paper focuses on the establishment of connectivity among multi-scale spatial data in the process of constructing multi-scale spatial data. One is to establish the association relation by using the identification code to the invariant object by data synthesis, and to establish the association relation by establishing the relational attribute table to the change object. The second is the establishment of one-to-one matching and one-to-many matching of spatial entities. 4. The concept and logic of spatial database are designed, and spatial data layer and table structure are designed. 5. The establishment of an integrated land use spatial database for multi-scale administrative regions (states, counties, townships), based on the one-to-one, one-to-many, zero-to-one or zero-to-many relationships between multi-scale spatial entities, The relational attribute table of multi-scale data is established to realize the connectivity of multi-scale data. 6. Based on .net and AE, an auxiliary database building tool is developed, which is used to fill out the administrative code, element code, identification code, spot area and ground type area in the database, and check the structure of the data through the function of data quality inspection. Properties, topologies, etc. The use of storage tools will be based on the county as the unit of spatial data into the database.
