【摘要】：隨著數(shù)據(jù)獲取方式和技術(shù)的多樣化,多源空間數(shù)據(jù)持續(xù)累積,迫切需要研究數(shù)據(jù)集成方法,以更好地為地學(xué)研究與應(yīng)用提供信息和技術(shù)支持。將各種用于集成多源空間數(shù)據(jù)的處理過程統(tǒng)稱為數(shù)據(jù)融合,并從經(jīng)典方法和擴(kuò)展方法的角度,分別綜述相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展。為綜述經(jīng)典方法的研究進(jìn)展,依據(jù)空間對(duì)象數(shù)據(jù)模型和場數(shù)據(jù)模型,理清了數(shù)據(jù)融合及其相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)處理較成熟的方法;對(duì)于擴(kuò)展方法,闡述了多點(diǎn)地統(tǒng)計(jì)方法、統(tǒng)計(jì)-機(jī)理型方法、多尺度分析與重構(gòu)方法、信息論方法等。為更有效地支持多源異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下的數(shù)據(jù)融合,討論了尺度不匹配、語義不一致性、時(shí)間維等問題。
[Abstract]:With the diversification of data acquisition methods and techniques and the continuous accumulation of multi-source spatial data, there is an urgent need to study data integration methods in order to provide better information and technical support for geoscience research and applications.The processing process for integrating multi-source spatial data is referred to as data fusion, and the related research progress is reviewed from the point of view of classical methods and extended methods.In order to summarize the research progress of classical methods, according to spatial object data model and field data model, the methods of data fusion and related data processing are clarified.Statistical-mechanism method, multi-scale analysis and reconstruction method, information theory method and so on.In order to support data fusion in multi-source heterogeneous data environment more effectively, the problems of scale mismatch, semantic inconsistency and time dimension are discussed.
