【摘要】:三維配電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)是以三維地理信息技術(shù)、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)和科學(xué)可視化技術(shù)為支撐,真實(shí)地再現(xiàn)了配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)周圍的地形地貌、配電設(shè)備,實(shí)現(xiàn)了配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息和地理信息很好的結(jié)合,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了配電線路、設(shè)備的瀏覽、編輯、管理、查詢和圖表的顯示輸出等功能。該系統(tǒng)能高效、方便地為規(guī)劃、施工、運(yùn)行、管理部門提供配網(wǎng)線路的分布、走向,配網(wǎng)設(shè)備的管理,剖面圖等地理位置信息和其它各種專業(yè)屬性數(shù)據(jù),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的科學(xué)管理和綜合分析,并提供輔助決策,為配網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理帶來(lái)全新的方法。三維配電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)本質(zhì)上屬于信息系統(tǒng)范疇,所以本文首先從系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)信息管理入手,將三維配電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)中涉及的多種數(shù)據(jù)信息按其空間屬性進(jìn)行了分類。并介紹了數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,即空間數(shù)據(jù)的獲取方式以及相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)處理方法。本文介紹了1種基于地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS)的配網(wǎng)運(yùn)行管理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)方法;該方法對(duì)有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)采用混合結(jié)構(gòu)形式進(jìn)行管理,,即空間數(shù)據(jù)采用GIS軟件管理,非空間屬性數(shù)據(jù)采用關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理,并將非空間屬性數(shù)據(jù)劃分為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、工程數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù);詳細(xì)探討了如何建立該數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),并結(jié)合實(shí)際實(shí)現(xiàn)了空間數(shù)據(jù)與屬性數(shù)據(jù)的連接。然后提出了“三維配電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)”分層的軟件體系結(jié)構(gòu),該結(jié)構(gòu)具備良好的開放性和可重用性。并介紹了基于三維配網(wǎng)GIS的軟件開發(fā)模式。最后,根據(jù)三維GIS的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和配網(wǎng)管理的需求,通過(guò)合理的利用三維模型構(gòu)建和模式設(shè)計(jì)方法,提出了一種基于三維GIS技術(shù)的配網(wǎng)路地理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,并在配電管理系統(tǒng)中得以實(shí)現(xiàn),展示了構(gòu)建該系統(tǒng)的可操作性和應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional distribution network geographic information system is supported by three-dimensional geographic information technology, virtual reality technology and scientific visualization technology.The distribution network information and geographical information are well integrated, thus realizing the functions of browsing, editing, managing, querying and displaying and outputting distribution lines and equipments.The system is efficient and convenient for planning, construction, operation, and management departments to provide distribution line distribution, direction, distribution equipment management, profile and other geographical location information and other professional attribute data.Thus, the scientific management and comprehensive analysis of information can be realized, and the auxiliary decision can be provided, which will bring a new method to the distribution network management.Three-dimensional distribution network geographic information system belongs to the category of information system essentially, so this paper starts with the data information management of the system, and classifies the various data information involved in the three-dimensional distribution network geographic information system according to its spatial attributes.It also introduces the data source, that is, the acquisition of spatial data and the corresponding data processing methods.This paper introduces a design method of the database of distribution network operation management system based on GIS, which manages the related data in the form of mixed structure, that is, the spatial data is managed by GIS software.The non-spatial attribute data is managed by relational database, and the non-spatial attribute data is divided into basic database and engineering database, and how to establish the database is discussed in detail, and the connection between spatial data and attribute data is realized.Then, the layered software architecture of "3D distribution network geographic information system" is proposed, which has good openness and reusability.The software development model based on 3D distribution network GIS is also introduced.Finally, according to the technical characteristics of 3D GIS and the demand of distribution network management, a design scheme of distribution network GIS based on 3D GIS technology is put forward through the rational use of 3D model construction and pattern design method.It is realized in the distribution management system, which shows the maneuverability and application prospect of the system.
