遼陽電網規(guī)劃管理地理信息系統(tǒng)設計與實現

【摘要】:電力是國民經濟的命脈。隨著國民經濟的快速發(fā)展,電力系統(tǒng)的建設已經進入了一個嶄新的歷史發(fā)展階段,現代社會對電力供應的可靠性要求越來越高。電力系統(tǒng)的安全與穩(wěn)定對國家發(fā)展和人民生活起著至關重要的作用。 城市是電力系統(tǒng)的主要負荷中心,城市電網運作是否良好取決于城市電網的規(guī)劃與建設是否科學,是否經濟合理。對于固定資產額巨大的供電企業(yè)而言,城網規(guī)劃工作在供電企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展中始終起著決定性的作用。隨著電網改造的深入,電網規(guī)劃的任務越加繁重,而且稍有不慎,就會出現差錯和漏洞,這將不可避免的會直接影響到電力系統(tǒng)的安全及正常運行。因此,開發(fā)一套適應電力發(fā)展現狀的電網規(guī)劃管理地理信息系統(tǒng),可以改進電網規(guī)劃管理工作的現狀,從而提高了電網規(guī)劃管理水平。 本文綜合論述了Intranet網絡技術、數據庫技術、MIS軟件開發(fā)技術與遼陽電網規(guī)劃管理地理信息系統(tǒng)的結合過程,對項目整體進行了詳細的需求分析,確定了系統(tǒng)設計的基本原則。系統(tǒng)采用.Net開發(fā)平臺和ORACLE數據庫進行設計,在對系統(tǒng)進行了充分分析的基礎上對系統(tǒng)整體進行了詳細設計,包括體系結構的設計、功能模塊的設計和數據庫的設計,最終實現了基于網絡技術的電網規(guī)劃管理地理信息系統(tǒng),,并且對系統(tǒng)進行了功能測試和綜合測試。 目前系統(tǒng)已經投入試運行,系統(tǒng)較好地解決了遼陽供電公司電網規(guī)劃管理工作中存在的一些問題,實現了遼陽供電公司電網規(guī)劃管理工作的規(guī)范化、無紙化、智能化;本系統(tǒng)的實現大大減輕了管理人員的工作量,減少了人力和物力的支出,提高了遼陽供電公司電網規(guī)劃管理的工作效率和工作質量。通過近一年的運行使用,系統(tǒng)功能完全滿足設計需求。該系統(tǒng)的成功應用也為在遼寧省范圍內全面開展電網規(guī)劃管理地理信息系統(tǒng)提供了寶貴的經驗。
[Abstract]:Electricity is the lifeblood of the national economy.With the rapid development of national economy, the construction of electric power system has entered a new historical development stage.The security and stability of power system plays an important role in national development and people's life.The city is the main load center of the power system. Whether the urban power network operates well or not depends on whether the planning and construction of the urban power network is scientific or not, and whether it is economical or reasonable.For power supply enterprises with huge fixed assets, urban power network planning has always played a decisive role in the survival and development of power supply enterprises.With the deepening of power network transformation, the task of power network planning is more and more heavy, and a little careless, there will be errors and loopholes, which will inevitably directly affect the security and normal operation of the power system.Therefore, the development of a set of power grid planning and management geographic information system can improve the current situation of power network planning and management, thus improving the level of power network planning and management.This paper comprehensively discusses the process of combining Intranet network technology, database technology and Liaoyang power network planning and management geographic information system, analyzes the requirements of the whole project in detail, and determines the basic principles of system design.The system is designed with. Net development platform and ORACLE database. Based on the full analysis of the system, the system is designed in detail, including the design of the system structure, the design of the function module and the design of the database.Finally, the GIS of power network planning and management based on network technology is realized, and the function test and comprehensive test of the system are carried out.At present, the system has been put into trial operation, the system has solved some problems in the power network planning and management of Liaoyang Power supply Company, and realized the standardization, paperless and intelligent power network planning and management of Liaoyang Power supply Company.The realization of the system greatly reduces the workload of managers, reduces the expenditure of manpower and material resources, and improves the working efficiency and working quality of power network planning and management in Liaoyang Power supply Company.After nearly a year of operation, the system functions fully meet the design requirements.The successful application of the system also provides valuable experience for the overall development of power grid planning and management GIS in Liaoning province.
