【摘要】：本文結(jié)合GIS技術(shù)進(jìn)行了灌注樁可視化施工管理系統(tǒng)研究,將灌注樁的施工信息在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中進(jìn)行更新、管理及顯示。確定施工信息在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的兩種不同存儲(chǔ)方式：完全數(shù)字化的存儲(chǔ)方式與整體文件以字節(jié)流形式存儲(chǔ)；提出了企業(yè)—服務(wù)器、工程項(xiàng)目—數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、項(xiàng)目施工信息—數(shù)據(jù)表的數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)；將GIS可視化技術(shù)用于灌注樁施工信息可視化,以矢量數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)繪制樁基的點(diǎn)狀分布圖,根據(jù)施工狀態(tài)不同區(qū)別顯示；對(duì)地理信息系統(tǒng)中主要的三維空間模型如面模型、體模型等進(jìn)行了探討與對(duì)比,選擇基于多層DEM表示的面模型來(lái)表達(dá)地基土層信息,地表與各土層的DEM由含高程信息的離散點(diǎn)構(gòu)建TIN得到；在C#下使用ArcEngine根據(jù)可視化功能要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)別顯示不同施工狀態(tài)下的二維樁位分布和地層的三維分層顯示功能。 結(jié)合灌注樁施工管理的實(shí)際需求以及基礎(chǔ)工程公司對(duì)系統(tǒng)的使用要求,對(duì)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該具有的功能要求和系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)以及主界面下的操作流程進(jìn)行研究和選擇,灌注樁可視化信息管理系統(tǒng)的功能包括：樁基礎(chǔ)信息管理包括施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)記錄、質(zhì)量信息管理及數(shù)據(jù)批量導(dǎo)入功能；灌注樁施工項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理功能；報(bào)表打印功能；施工資料整體存取功能；輔助功能等�；贕IS的灌注樁可視化信息管理系統(tǒng)為灌注樁的施工提供先進(jìn)的管理方法,作為管理者分析、決策的依據(jù),具有重要的實(shí)用意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the visual construction management system of cast-in-place pile is studied in combination with GIS technology, and the construction information of cast-in-place pile is updated in the database. Management and display. Determine two different storage methods of construction information in the database: completely digitized storage mode and integral file storage in the form of byte stream, proposed enterprise-server, engineering project-database, The GIS visualization technology is used to visualize the construction information of the cast-in-place pile, and the vector data is used to draw the point distribution map of the pile foundation, which is displayed according to the different construction state. In this paper, the main 3D spatial models such as surface model and volume model in GIS are discussed and compared. The surface model based on multi-layer DEM is selected to express the ground soil information. The DEM of surface and soil layers is obtained by constructing TIN from discrete points with elevation information, and under C #, using ArcEngine according to the visual function requirements, the two-dimensional pile distribution and the three-dimensional stratification display of strata under different construction conditions can be distinguished. According to the actual demand of construction management of cast-in-place pile and the requirement of foundation engineering company to use the system, this paper studies and selects the functional requirements and system architecture of the system, as well as the operation flow under the main interface. The functions of the visual information management system of cast-in-place pile include: the information management of pile foundation includes construction site record, quality information management and data batch import, database management function of cast-in-place pile construction project, report form printing function, and so on. The visual information management system of cast-in-place pile based on GIS provides advanced management method for the construction of cast-in-place pile, which is the basis of management analysis and decision-making, which has important practical significance.
