基于生態(tài)足跡的江西省可持續(xù)發(fā)展評價

【摘要】:針對可持續(xù)發(fā)展定量評價問題,該文提出了將具有空間分析優(yōu)勢的GIS技術與具有定量分析特色的生態(tài)足跡理論相結合的方法,并將該方法用于江西省可持續(xù)發(fā)展評價。文章利用1990年、2000年、2008年3個時期的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)與空間信息數(shù)據(jù),分別從全區(qū)域與其子區(qū)域兩個層次,計算了生態(tài)足跡、生態(tài)承載力與生態(tài)赤字(盈余)。分析表明,江西省在3個時期均出現(xiàn)了生態(tài)赤字,且持續(xù)增大,全流域的可持續(xù)性向不利的方向發(fā)展。在各子區(qū)域中,可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平較差的區(qū)域有新余市、萍鄉(xiāng)市;較好的區(qū)域有贛州市、上饒市。空間分布方面,可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平較高的區(qū)域主要分布在南部與東部,較低的區(qū)域主要分布中部與東北部。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of quantitative evaluation of sustainable development, this paper puts forward a method of combining the GIS technology with the advantage of spatial analysis and the ecological footprint theory with the characteristics of quantitative analysis. The method is applied to the evaluation of sustainable development in Jiangxi Province. The ecological footprint is calculated from the two levels of the whole region and its sub-region by using the statistical data and spatial information data from 1990, 2000 and 2008, respectively. The analysis of ecological carrying capacity and ecological deficit (surplus) shows that the ecological deficit has appeared in Jiangxi Province in three periods, and has been increasing continuously, and the sustainability of the whole river basin is developing in a disadvantageous direction. The regions with poor sustainable development level are Xinyu City and Pingxiang City, and the better regions are Ganzhou City and Shangrao City. In terms of spatial distribution, the regions with higher level of sustainable development are mainly distributed in the south and east. The lower regions are mainly distributed in the middle and northeast.
