【摘要】：企業(yè)GIS(Geographic Information System)應(yīng)用在國(guó)內(nèi)屬于新興技術(shù)，具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。近年來(lái)許多企業(yè)內(nèi)部也加大了對(duì)此類應(yīng)用建設(shè)的投入，建立了一些成功的GIS業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用，但是目前企業(yè)公司的GIS應(yīng)用建設(shè)中也存在著缺乏統(tǒng)一管理平臺(tái)與GIS信息應(yīng)用的實(shí)現(xiàn)門(mén)檻較高等問(wèn)題。 本文針對(duì)現(xiàn)存的各GIS系統(tǒng)煙囪式垂直實(shí)現(xiàn)方式，以把企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)和GIS功能進(jìn)行分離、對(duì)GIS資源信息和應(yīng)用功能進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的管理與封裝為目的，闡述了企業(yè)地理信息統(tǒng)一管理平臺(tái)從需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)到系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用一系列相關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)。企業(yè)地理信息統(tǒng)一管理平臺(tái)通過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、開(kāi)放的接口，保證企業(yè)內(nèi)部不同業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)對(duì)位置信息的無(wú)縫訪問(wèn),為各接入系統(tǒng)提供安全、高效、穩(wěn)定的地理信息采集服務(wù)、地理信息展現(xiàn)服務(wù)、地理信息查詢服務(wù)、圖形轉(zhuǎn)換服務(wù)以及地理信息后臺(tái)管理服務(wù)。 企業(yè)地理信息統(tǒng)一管理平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)GIS資源信息的統(tǒng)一管理，保證了GIS資源信息的數(shù)據(jù)一致性、易于管理性，，使對(duì)全局的GIS資源信息進(jìn)行綜合分析成為可能；實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)GIS應(yīng)用功能的封裝，大大減低了其他未具有GIS應(yīng)用的系統(tǒng)接入難度，使得GIS相關(guān)功能在企業(yè)內(nèi)部各業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)中得到更廣泛的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Enterprise GIS(Geographic Information system is a new technology in China, and has a broad application prospect. In recent years, many enterprises have increased their investment in the construction of such applications and established some successful GIS business applications. However, there are still some problems in the GIS application construction of enterprise companies, such as the lack of unified management platform and the high threshold of GIS information application. The purpose of this paper is to separate the enterprise business from the GIS function and to unify the management and encapsulation of the GIS resource information and application function in view of the existing chimney vertical implementation of the GIS system. This paper expounds a series of related links from requirement analysis, design, system realization to the application of the enterprise geographic information unified management platform. The enterprise geographic information unified management platform adopts the standard and open interface. Ensure seamless access to location information by different business systems within the enterprise, provide secure, efficient and stable geographic information collection services, geographic information display services, geographic information query services for each access system, Graphic conversion services and geographic information background management services. The unified management platform of enterprise geographic information realizes the unified management of GIS resource information, which ensures the consistency of the data of GIS resource information and is easy to manage, which makes it possible to comprehensively analyze the overall GIS resource information. The encapsulation of GIS application functions greatly reduces the difficulty of accessing other systems without GIS application, and makes GIS functions more widely used in various business systems within enterprises.
