【摘要】：近年來，以數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化為特征的信息化浪潮席卷全球，各種數(shù)字產(chǎn)品應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，地理信息系統(tǒng)（GIS）更是得到了前所未有的發(fā)展，已經(jīng)深入到社會(huì)的各行各業(yè)中。但矢量地圖數(shù)據(jù)的保密性和安全性卻成為我國GIS技術(shù)發(fā)展的瓶頸，使我國的GIS技術(shù)呈現(xiàn)出普及率低和分辨率低的特點(diǎn)。所謂普及率低是指高精度地圖數(shù)據(jù)主要集中在政府部門和科研機(jī)構(gòu)中使用；分辨率低是指我國商用和民用的數(shù)字地圖都是不大于1：25000的小比例尺地圖，，大比例尺地圖因涉及國家安全而被嚴(yán)格控制。所以，如何保證矢量地圖數(shù)據(jù)的保密性和安全性，如何使得高精度、大比例尺地圖數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)于經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)建設(shè)已成為一項(xiàng)亟需解決的問題。 針對矢量地圖數(shù)據(jù)的安全保密問題，如今主要采用隱藏技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)地圖的分類制圖和使用，即在制圖的時(shí)候?qū)⒌貓D分為軍用類、政府類、民用類等，從而使地圖中的敏感信息得到保護(hù)，但這種技術(shù)耗費(fèi)的成本較高且效率很低。針對矢量地圖數(shù)據(jù)的安全保密問題以及現(xiàn)今技術(shù)存在的缺陷，地圖變換技術(shù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 地圖變換是指在保證地圖拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)不變的基礎(chǔ)上，對地圖中的敏感數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行不可逆的變換，對地圖數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行降密或脫密處理。本文所研究的矢量地圖局域非線性變換技術(shù)結(jié)合了地圖投影技術(shù)和平行投影技術(shù)，對敏感數(shù)據(jù)所在的區(qū)域進(jìn)行非線性變換，對不包含敏感信息的區(qū)域不進(jìn)行處理，保證矢量地圖中敏感數(shù)據(jù)的安全。 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明，局域非線性變換技術(shù)在保證矢量地圖拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)不變性、地圖可用性和變換不可逆性的基礎(chǔ)上，有效的保障了矢量地圖的安全性和保密性，使得經(jīng)過本技術(shù)處理后的高精度、大比例尺地圖數(shù)據(jù)能很好的為商用和民用服務(wù)，具有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the digital, network as the characteristics of the wave of information swept the world, all kinds of digital products came into being, geographic information system (GIS) has been an unprecedented development. But the confidentiality and security of vector map data have become the bottleneck of the development of GIS technology in our country. The GIS technology of our country shows the characteristics of low popularization rate and low resolution. The so-called low popularization rate means that the high precision map data is mainly used in government departments and scientific research institutions. Low resolution means that both commercial and civilian digital maps in our country are small scale maps of not more than 1: 25000. Large scale maps are strictly controlled because they involve national security. Therefore, how to ensure the confidentiality and security of vector map data, How to make the high precision and large scale map data serve the economic and social construction has become an urgent problem. In view of the problem of security and secrecy of vector map data, the classified cartography and use of maps are mainly realized by hiding technology, that is, the map is divided into military class, government class, civil class and so on. In order to protect the sensitive information in the map, but the cost of this technology is high and the efficiency is very low. In view of the security and confidentiality of vector map data and the shortcomings of the current technology, the map transformation technology emerges as the times require. Map transformation refers to the irreversible transformation of sensitive data in a map on the basis of ensuring that the topological structure of the map remains unchanged. In this paper, the local nonlinear transformation technology of vector map combines map projection technology and parallel projection technology to transform the sensitive data in the region. The region without sensitive information is not processed to ensure the security of the sensitive data in the vector map. The experimental results show that the local nonlinear transformation technology can effectively guarantee the security and confidentiality of the vector map on the basis of ensuring the invariance of the topological structure of the vector map, the map availability and the irreversibility of the transformation. The high precision and large scale map data can be used for commercial and civil use, and it has high practical value.
