【摘要】:隨著近年來移動設(shè)備硬件性能和交互手段的提高,并且具有外觀小巧、方便攜帶等一系列的特點,它正在改變著我們的生活方式,并且涉及到各個行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理,而且這種趨勢正在以前所未有的狀態(tài)發(fā)展。不同的行業(yè)對于地理信息系統(tǒng)的要求也不盡相同。設(shè)計一個使用的GIS系統(tǒng),會對此行業(yè)產(chǎn)生巨大的經(jīng)濟和社會效益。基于移動終端的二維GIS系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在包括ESRI在內(nèi)的多家企業(yè)進行過研究與應用,但是移動終端下的三維開發(fā)目前還處于起步階段,國內(nèi)外還沒有真正形成一款專門應用于電力行業(yè)的移動3D GIS系統(tǒng),因此,考慮到電力行業(yè)自身的特點以及技術(shù)的發(fā)展需要,研發(fā)具有電力行業(yè)應用的移動終端3D GIS平臺勢在必行。同時伴隨著無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)和移動終端的迅捷發(fā)展,基于Mobile GIS(移動地理信息系統(tǒng))的移動三維地理信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)成為當今的研究熱點。作為移動三維GIS的應用方向之一,移動三維虛擬地球能夠整合在線的多源地理信息資源,為公眾提供智能的、按需的、基于位置的多源地理信息應用服務(wù)。但是由于移動智能終端硬件資源限制,傳統(tǒng)的運行于PC端的三維虛擬地球系統(tǒng)在移動終端高效運行還需要進行研究。對此,本文研究了移動終端下的電力三維虛擬地球的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并且在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了針對移動智能終端特點的三維虛擬地球的系統(tǒng)框架和核心接口。本項目研究的意義在于,突破原有電力三維GIS系統(tǒng)操作的地理局限性,能夠使用戶無論身在何地,都能隨時通過移動設(shè)備(PDA、手機或平板電腦)對電力3D GIS進行訪問、分析、處理和上報,大大提高電網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)的工作效率以及管理效率,并且節(jié)省部分運營成本。論文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)分析國內(nèi)外移動GIS和三維虛擬地球系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀,得出移動三維虛擬地球系統(tǒng)是未來面向大眾地理信息服務(wù)的應用熱點,同時存在些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)有待研究。(2)在OsgEarth(三維虛擬地球)上進行合理設(shè)計,設(shè)計一套能夠支持二次開發(fā)的三維控件。底層接口要按照統(tǒng)一的規(guī)范進行編寫,能夠方便后續(xù)業(yè)務(wù)功能開發(fā)以及更深層次的開發(fā)。(3)基于三維控件接口開發(fā)一套移動終端的電力三維GIS系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)基本的三維瀏覽、電力資源數(shù)據(jù)展示、空間分析、特效渲染等相關(guān)功能.并且探討了移動三維虛擬地球系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。從海量數(shù)據(jù)的獲取集成、三維交互、特效渲染等三個方面出發(fā)。(4)設(shè)計了移動三維虛擬地球的系統(tǒng)框架和核心接口。探討了移動三維虛擬地球系統(tǒng)的跨平臺、高內(nèi)聚低耦合的設(shè)計原則,并在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了多線程的系統(tǒng)框架。其次,從功能模塊的角度出發(fā),設(shè)計了符合WMTS規(guī)范的多源瓦片數(shù)據(jù)獲取集成接口、符合用戶交互習慣的虛擬相機接口、符合WFS服務(wù)規(guī)范的信息查詢接口以及高性能位置定位服務(wù)接口。(5)在以上基礎(chǔ)上,利用OSG Earth、OpenGL ES在IOS以及Android操作系統(tǒng)上進行電力三維GIS系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)地理數(shù)據(jù)的展現(xiàn);電力資源數(shù)據(jù)(電源點、接線圖、電網(wǎng)三維模型等)的綜合展現(xiàn)。

The two-dimensional GIS system of mobile terminal has been in a number of companies including ESRI, conducted research and application based on the three-dimensional development of mobile terminal but is still in the initial stage, there is no mobile 3D GIS system, the real form a special application in the power industry at home and abroad, therefore, considering the development characteristics of the power industry itself and the technical requirements of R & D with power The mobile terminal 3D GIS platform for the industry application is imperative. Accompanied by the wireless network and the fast development of mobile terminal, based on Mobile GIS (mobile geographic information system) mobile 3D geographic information service system has become the hotspot of the research. As one of the application direction of 3D GIS, 3D virtual mobile earth to multi-source geographic information resources integration online for the public, providing intelligent, on-demand, multi-source geographic information service based on location. But due to the mobile intelligent terminal hardware resource constraints, the traditional operation at the end of the PC 3D Virtual Earth System in the mobile terminal, operation research is needed. In this regard, the paper studies the key technologies of 3D virtual earth power mobile terminal next, and on this basis, the system framework and the core design of virtual globe for mobile intelligent terminal characteristics.
