【摘要】：以北京市昌平區(qū)為研究區(qū)，在RS、GIS技術支持下，以土壤學、土壤肥力學等知識為理論基礎，對該區(qū)耕地進行分等研究，并將其結果應用于該區(qū)基本農田劃分、高標準基本農田建設。以兩個時相的Landsat TM遙感影像為數(shù)據源，充分利用DEM、2000年現(xiàn)狀圖等輔助數(shù)據，采用分層分類法、掩膜分析逐一將昌平區(qū)土地類型分為6類，，結果表明，分層分類法、掩膜分析并結合輔助數(shù)據，分類精度較高。通過遙感影像地表反射率與對應樣點土壤有機質含量的相關性分析，建立土壤有機質定量反演模型，預測該區(qū)土壤有機質空間分布，并對該模型的精度進行驗證。利用標準糧實地調查數(shù)據，建立耕地質量評價指標體系，在ArcGIS10.0平臺下建立昌平區(qū)耕地質量評價數(shù)據庫，對該區(qū)耕地進行分等，分等結果與標準糧樣點調查數(shù)據回歸結果表明，AIS-DEA分等結果可靠，符合實情。將分等結果用于劃分該區(qū)基本農田，結合昌平區(qū)土地整治數(shù)據、2012年高標準基本農田建設任務，劃分高標準基本農田建設類型，并有針對性地指出建設內容。
[Abstract]:Taking Changping District of Beijing as the research area, with the support of RSGIs and based on the knowledge of soil science and soil fertility, the paper studies the classification of cultivated land in this area, and applies the results to the division of basic farmland in this area. High standard basic farmland construction. Taking two Landsat TM remote sensing images of two phases as data source, making full use of the auxiliary data, such as demm, status map of 2000 and so on, the land types in Changping area are classified into 6 categories by using stratified classification method and mask analysis. The results show that the land types in Changping area are classified into 6 categories. The classification accuracy is high by stratified classification, mask analysis and auxiliary data. The quantitative inversion model of soil organic matter is established by analyzing the correlation between the surface reflectance of remote sensing image and the soil organic matter content of corresponding sample points. The spatial distribution of soil organic matter in this area was predicted and the precision of the model was verified. Based on the field investigation data of standard grain, the evaluation index system of cultivated land quality was established, and the evaluation database of cultivated land quality in Changping area was established under the platform of ArcGIS10.0. The classification of cultivated land in this area was carried out, and the result of regression analysis between the grading result and the standard grain sample data showed that the grade result of AIS-DEA was reliable and consistent with the actual situation, and the grading result was used to divide the basic farmland in this area. Combined with the land regulation data of Changping District, in 2012, the task of high standard basic farmland construction was divided into the types of high standard basic farmland construction, and the construction content was pointed out.
