【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和地理信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，WebGIS已經(jīng)在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。然而，目前大多數(shù)的會(huì)商系統(tǒng)中還未建立起網(wǎng)絡(luò)地理信息服務(wù)，這給與會(huì)人員在突發(fā)事故應(yīng)急會(huì)商指揮過程中確切掌握事發(fā)地點(diǎn)的空間地理信息造成了一定的困難。針對(duì)會(huì)商系統(tǒng)中地理信息服務(wù)缺失這一問題，本文提出在會(huì)商系統(tǒng)中建立起具有空間地理信息呈現(xiàn)的WebGIS服務(wù)，為參與會(huì)商的相關(guān)人員提供完備的地理信息資源。 本文首先對(duì)會(huì)商系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)和體系結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。接著，對(duì)會(huì)商系統(tǒng)中WebGIS服務(wù)的重要性、特點(diǎn)和作用進(jìn)行了闡述，同時(shí)分析了WebGIS的體系結(jié)構(gòu)和實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)，并對(duì)目前幾種常用的WebGIS服務(wù)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行介紹和比較，結(jié)合系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際需求和各個(gè)軟件平臺(tái)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，本文最終選擇采用ESRI公司的ArcGIS系列產(chǎn)品作為平臺(tái)。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的需求分析，論文給出了WebGIS服務(wù)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)方案，，提出了基于B/S模式的總體架構(gòu)，并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能模塊、服務(wù)接口和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。 本文以Visual Studio為開發(fā)平臺(tái)，以ArcGIS Server作為服務(wù)發(fā)布平臺(tái)，采用Microsoft SQLServer2008和空間數(shù)據(jù)引擎ArcSDE相結(jié)合的方式管理數(shù)據(jù)，并運(yùn)用ASP.NET、Ajax和HTML等多種Web相關(guān)技術(shù)對(duì)會(huì)商系統(tǒng)中的WebGIS服務(wù)模塊進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后，本文給出了系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的運(yùn)行情況，成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了空間地理信息查詢、路徑分析、緩沖區(qū)分析、圖層分層管理等多個(gè)功能。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer network and geographic information technology, WebGIS has been widely used in various fields. This has made it difficult for participants to accurately grasp the spatial geographic information of the incident site during the emergency meeting and command process of an accident. In view of the problem of the lack of geographic information services in the consultation system, In this paper, a WebGIS service with spatial geographic information presentation in the conference system is proposed to provide complete geographic information resources for the participants. In this paper, the content, characteristics and architecture of the conference system are introduced in detail. Then, the importance, characteristics and functions of the WebGIS service in the conference system are expounded, and the architecture and implementation technology of the WebGIS are analyzed. This paper also introduces and compares several commonly used WebGIS service platforms. Combined with the actual requirements of the system and the advantages and disadvantages of each software platform, this paper finally chooses the ArcGIS series products of ESRI Company as the platform. In this paper, the design scheme of WebGIS service module is given, the overall architecture based on B / S mode is proposed, and the function module, service interface and database of the system are designed in detail. In this paper, Visual Studio is used as development platform, ArcGIS Server is used as service publishing platform, and Microsoft SQLServer2008 and ArcSDE are used to manage data. The WebGIS service module in the conference system is implemented by using ASP. Net Ajax and HTML. Finally, this paper gives the running situation of the system service, and successfully realizes the spatial geographic information query, path analysis, buffer analysis, etc. Layer layer management and other functions.
