基于移動(dòng)終端的地表覆蓋眾包標(biāo)報(bào)方法研究

【摘要】:地表覆蓋的變化發(fā)現(xiàn)是地表覆蓋更新的重要環(huán)節(jié)。用PC端集中采集地表覆蓋變化數(shù)據(jù)的傳統(tǒng)更新方法,存在效率低、作業(yè)面積小、更新滯后、互動(dòng)性差等問題,不能滿足當(dāng)前地表覆蓋現(xiàn)勢(shì)更新的需求。將眾包地理信息手段用于地表覆蓋動(dòng)態(tài)更新,能有效克服傳統(tǒng)標(biāo)報(bào)方式的不足,是移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)條件下地表覆蓋變化發(fā)現(xiàn)的一條可行途徑。本文在國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目“基于地表參量的污水灌溉區(qū)農(nóng)田生態(tài)安全遙感監(jiān)測(cè)研究”(No.41371395),山東省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目“龍口礦區(qū)及周邊海岸帶遙感監(jiān)測(cè)研究”(魯勘字[2012]110號(hào))、“山東省焦家金成礦區(qū)及周邊礦區(qū)環(huán)境地質(zhì)遙感調(diào)查研究”(魯勘字[2013]141號(hào))和“黃河三角洲高效生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)海咸水入侵調(diào)查與監(jiān)控預(yù)警系統(tǒng)建設(shè)”(魯勘字[2011]14號(hào)),以及山東省國土廳項(xiàng)目“山東省國土資源遙感波譜庫建設(shè)項(xiàng)目”的共同支撐之下,開展了基于移動(dòng)終端的地表覆蓋眾包標(biāo)報(bào)方法研究。首先從地表覆蓋變化發(fā)現(xiàn)的實(shí)際出發(fā),歸納地表覆蓋標(biāo)報(bào)內(nèi)容,然后設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的多級(jí)互動(dòng)標(biāo)報(bào)模型,并確定基于位置的信息推送方法。論文的主要研究內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新性成果如下:1)歸納描述地表覆蓋眾包標(biāo)報(bào)內(nèi)容是眾包標(biāo)報(bào)方法研究的基礎(chǔ)。通過分析總結(jié)現(xiàn)有地表覆蓋的分類體系,確定了地表覆蓋更新項(xiàng)目和地表覆蓋標(biāo)報(bào)內(nèi)容,利用概念模型和邏輯模型對(duì)眾包標(biāo)報(bào)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了描述。同時(shí)在眾包標(biāo)報(bào)中引入時(shí)間和空間因素,利用GML對(duì)眾包標(biāo)報(bào)事件進(jìn)行了表達(dá)。2)提出了顧及眾包數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量的多級(jí)互動(dòng)標(biāo)報(bào)模型。在分析了眾包標(biāo)報(bào)中不同實(shí)體角色之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系基礎(chǔ)之上,設(shè)計(jì)了“多級(jí)互動(dòng)”的眾包標(biāo)報(bào)模型。同時(shí)針對(duì)眾包標(biāo)報(bào)信息的不可靠問題,引入了公眾信譽(yù)評(píng)價(jià)和多級(jí)審核雙重機(jī)制,用來剔除誤差較大的數(shù)據(jù),提高公眾標(biāo)報(bào)信息的準(zhǔn)確性。3)針對(duì)多級(jí)互動(dòng)標(biāo)報(bào)模型中標(biāo)報(bào)信息互動(dòng)傳遞要求,提出了基于移動(dòng)位置的眾包標(biāo)報(bào)信息推送方法:首先研究分析了在眾包標(biāo)報(bào)中信息的流向和傳遞方式,然后基于公眾的位置信息,利用譜聚類、凸包算法和Agent技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)報(bào)信息的精準(zhǔn)推送。4)開發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)原型系統(tǒng),對(duì)論文所提出的方法進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。實(shí)驗(yàn)以Visual Studio 2012為開發(fā)工具,集成Openlayer API開發(fā),并用實(shí)際與模擬數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證文中提出的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)方法。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明了本文所提出的方法具有可行性,為地表覆蓋變化發(fā)現(xiàn)提供了一條新的思路。
[Abstract]:The discovery of surface cover change is an important link in surface cover renewal. The traditional updating method of collecting land cover change data centralized by PC has some problems, such as low efficiency, small work area, backward renewal, poor interaction, and so on. It can not meet the needs of the current potential renewal of surface cover. Using crowdsourcing geographic information means to dynamically update the ground cover can effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional marking and reporting methods. It is a feasible way to find out the change of land cover under mobile internet. The project of National Natural Science Foundation "remote Sensing Monitoring of farmland Ecological Security in sewage Irrigation area based on Surface parameters" No. No. 41371395, Natural Science of Shandong Province. "remote Sensing Monitoring of Longkou Mining area and its surrounding Coastal Zone" (Shandong Prospecting word [2012] 110, "remote Sensing investigation of Environmental Geology in Jiaojia Gold metallogenic area and its surrounding Mining area, Shandong Province" (Shandong Prospecting word [2013] 141) and "efficient Genesis in the Yellow River Delta" The construction of an investigation and monitoring and early warning system for sea salt water intrusion in the state economic zone "(Lu Kanyu [2011] No. 14") and the Shandong Province Land Department project "Shandong Province Land and Resources remote Sensing Spectrum Database Construction Project", In this paper, the research on the method of surface coverage crowdsourcing based on mobile terminal is carried out. Firstly, based on the reality of surface cover change discovery, the content of surface coverage is summarized, and then the corresponding multi-level interactive scalar model is designed. The main research contents and innovative results of this paper are as follows: 1) Inductively describing the content of the surface cover crowdsourcing report is the basis of the research of crowdsourcing method. Coverage classification system, The contents of surface cover renewal project and surface coverage report are determined, and the contents of crowdsourcing are described by using conceptual model and logical model. At the same time, time and space factors are introduced into crowdsourcing report. Using GML to express the event of crowdsourcing. 2) a multilevel interactive scalar model considering the quality of crowdsourcing data is proposed. Based on the analysis of the interaction between the different entities in the crowdsourcing report, A crowdsourcing model of "multilevel interaction" is designed. Aiming at the unreliable information of crowdsourcing, a dual mechanism of public credit evaluation and multilevel auditing is introduced to eliminate the data with large errors. Improve the accuracy of public information. 3) for the multi-level interactive bidding model of information transmission requirements, In this paper, a method of pushing crowdsourcing information based on moving position is proposed. Firstly, the flow direction and transmission mode of information in crowdsourcing report are studied and analyzed, then based on the public position information, spectral clustering is used. The experiment prototype system is developed by using convex hull algorithm and Agent technology. The experimental prototype system is developed. The method proposed in this paper is verified experimentally. The experiment takes Visual Studio 2012 as the development tool and integrates Openlayer API development. The experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible and provides a new idea for the discovery of land cover change.
