產(chǎn)業(yè)用地數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:論文結(jié)合國土資源部“城市化地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)用地集約化利用與調(diào)控技術(shù)研究與示范”建設(shè)項目的子項目“產(chǎn)業(yè)用地數(shù)據(jù)整合與建庫關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”進(jìn)行了產(chǎn)業(yè)用地數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)研究。在研究過程中綜合計算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù),地理信息技術(shù),軟件工程技術(shù),空間數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),軟件系統(tǒng)集成技術(shù)等多項手段,結(jié)合GIS工程學(xué)思想,對產(chǎn)業(yè)用地綜合數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,,運用面向?qū)ο蟮牡乩硇畔⑾到y(tǒng)軟件開發(fā)方法,構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)用地數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng),最終實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)用地綜合數(shù)據(jù)的存儲,管理,查詢,分析等方面的功能,為產(chǎn)業(yè)用地集約化利用和評價提供數(shù)據(jù)和軟件的技術(shù)支持。 本文研究的主要內(nèi)容有: (1)系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)過程中用到的幾種關(guān)鍵技術(shù):包括組件式地理信息開發(fā)技術(shù),基于GeoDatabase模型空間數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)及面向?qū)ο箝_發(fā)技術(shù),插件式開發(fā)管理技術(shù)和動態(tài)配置管理技術(shù)。 (2)系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計:根據(jù)需求分析,系統(tǒng)選用了生命周期法、快速原型法與面向?qū)ο蠓ㄈN方法相結(jié)合的設(shè)計開發(fā)方法,研究了采用UML可視化建模語言建立系統(tǒng)UML可視化模型的方法,更好地從全局和整體上把握系統(tǒng)的需求與設(shè)計。系統(tǒng)采用基于GIS組件的集成開發(fā)方式進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與開發(fā)。 (3)產(chǎn)業(yè)用地數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計:詳細(xì)研究了產(chǎn)業(yè)用地綜合數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu),應(yīng)用GeoDatabase空間數(shù)據(jù)庫模型,建立基于ArcGIS產(chǎn)業(yè)用地綜合數(shù)據(jù)模型,在這基礎(chǔ)上建立關(guān)系類,把產(chǎn)業(yè)用地基礎(chǔ)地理數(shù)據(jù)與綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián),從而實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)對產(chǎn)業(yè)用地空間地理數(shù)據(jù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)綜合管理。 (4)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與實現(xiàn):采用插件式GIS應(yīng)用框架的軟件架構(gòu),基于ArcEnginel0組件庫與.NET平臺進(jìn)行開發(fā),開發(fā)實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)用地數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)主體框架程序,在完成產(chǎn)業(yè)用地數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用主框架開發(fā)的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)了產(chǎn)業(yè)用地數(shù)據(jù)庫采集入庫模塊,產(chǎn)業(yè)用地數(shù)據(jù)庫數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊,產(chǎn)業(yè)用地數(shù)據(jù)庫數(shù)據(jù)分析主體插件模塊。并研究了該系統(tǒng)在后續(xù)功能擴(kuò)展開發(fā)中的實現(xiàn)方法。
[Abstract]:This paper combined with the research and demonstration of intensive utilization and regulation of industrial land in the urbanization area of the Ministry of Land and Resources, the sub-project of the construction project "Research on the key Technologies of Industrial Land data Integration and Database Construction", carried out the number of industrial land use. According to the database management system research. In the process of research integrated computer science and technology, In this paper, the comprehensive data of industrial land are systematically analyzed by means of geographic information technology, software engineering technology, spatial database technology, software system integration technology and GIS engineering. By using the object-oriented GIS software development method, a database management system for industrial land use is constructed. Finally, the functions of storing, managing, querying and analyzing the comprehensive data of industrial land use are realized. Provide technical support of data and software for intensive utilization and evaluation of industrial land. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) several key technologies used in the implementation of the system, including component geographic information development technology, spatial database technology based on GeoDatabase model and object-oriented development technology, plug-in development management technology and dynamic configuration management technology. 2) the overall design of the system: according to the requirement analysis, the design and development methods of life cycle method, rapid prototyping method and object oriented method are selected. This paper studies the method of establishing system UML visual model by using UML visual modeling language, so as to better grasp the requirements and design of the system. The system adopts the method of integrated development based on GIS component to design and develop the system. 3) Design of industrial land use database: the industrial land comprehensive data structure is studied in detail, and the GeoDatabase spatial database model is applied to establish the industrial land comprehensive data model based on ArcGIS, and the relational class is established on this basis. The integrated management of industrial land spatial geographic data and economic data is realized by associating the industrial land base geographic data with the comprehensive economic data. Development and implementation of the system: the software framework of plug-in GIS application framework is adopted, and the main frame program of industrial land use data management system is developed based on ArcEnginel0 component library and. Net platform. On the basis of the development of the main frame of the industrial land use data management system, the module of industrial land database collection and storage and the industrial land database data processing module are developed. The main plug-in module of industrial land database data analysis is introduced, and the implementation method of the system in the subsequent function extension development is studied.
