【摘要】:本文以實現(xiàn)車輛實時監(jiān)控與調(diào)度管理為目的,主要研究車載GPS監(jiān)控調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)軟件的設(shè)計和開發(fā),該系統(tǒng)包括四個模塊:車載GPS終端模塊、GPRS模塊、GIS模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫SQL Server模塊。該系統(tǒng)是對系統(tǒng)采集到的車輛GPS全球衛(wèi)星定位信息進行數(shù)據(jù)解析,數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,數(shù)據(jù)儲存,數(shù)據(jù)顯示,數(shù)據(jù)分析。GPS監(jiān)控調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)是在現(xiàn)有GPRS系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)的一套車載GPS監(jiān)控調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)。 該系統(tǒng)采用地理信息系統(tǒng)(Geographic Information System,GIS)、全球定位系統(tǒng)(Global Positioning System,GPS)、無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)等核心技術(shù),以VS2008與ArcEngine為開發(fā)環(huán)境,以SQL Server為數(shù)據(jù)庫,通過GPRS實現(xiàn)監(jiān)控中心與車載終端的雙向數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,開發(fā)了從數(shù)據(jù)接收,數(shù)據(jù)解析,到數(shù)據(jù)存儲、數(shù)據(jù)管理及數(shù)據(jù)在GIS上的實時顯示的整個數(shù)據(jù)處理過程,以及車輛監(jiān)控、調(diào)度管理、軌跡回放與報警管理等功能。 本文主要研究了以下內(nèi)容: (1)核心數(shù)據(jù)庫的構(gòu)建。在研究和設(shè)計數(shù)據(jù)存儲結(jié)構(gòu)和組織方式的基礎(chǔ)上,接收車輛定位數(shù)據(jù),通過通信協(xié)議進行數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換,,數(shù)據(jù)分割等操作,形成本系統(tǒng)的核心數(shù)據(jù)庫。 (2)電子地圖的集成。將電子地圖嵌入C#+ArcEngine開發(fā)的應(yīng)用程序中,實現(xiàn)地圖的基本操作(放大、縮小、平移、實時測角度、測距離、鷹眼)與圖層操作。 (3)車輛的實時跟蹤。利用動態(tài)圖層的快速刷特性,在圖層上實現(xiàn)了車輛目標的實時跟蹤。 (4)歷史軌跡的回放。根據(jù)需要回放指定車輛在指定時間段的運行軌跡,通過對數(shù)據(jù)庫的操作,實現(xiàn)GPS監(jiān)控調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)的管理功能與軌跡回放功能。
[Abstract]:In order to realize vehicle real-time monitoring and dispatching management, this paper mainly studies the design and development of vehicle GPS monitoring and dispatching management system software. The system consists of four modules: vehicle GPS terminal module and GPS module. The database SQL Server module. The system is used to analyze, transmit, store and display the data of the vehicle GPS global positioning information collected by the system. GPS monitoring and dispatching management system is a set of on-board GPS monitoring and dispatching management system which is developed on the basis of existing GPRS system. The system adopts the core technologies such as Geographic Information system GIS, Global Positioning system GPS, Wireless Network Communication General Packet Radio Service GPRs, VS2008 and ArcEngine as development environment, SQL Server as database, etc. The two-way data transmission between monitoring center and vehicle terminal is realized by GPRS. The whole data processing process from data receiving, data parsing, data storage, data management and real-time display of data on GIS is developed, as well as vehicle monitoring. Scheduling management, track playback and alarm management and other functions. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. Based on the research and design of data storage structure and organization mode, we receive the vehicle positioning data, perform data conversion and data segmentation through communication protocol, and form the core database of the system. The integration of electronic map. Embeds the electronic map into the application program developed by C # ArcEngine, realizes the basic operation of map (magnification, reduction, translation, real time angle measurement, distance measurement, Eagle eye) and layer operation. The real-time tracking of vehicle target is realized on the layer by using the fast brushing characteristic of dynamic layer. According to the need to replay the track of the specified vehicle in the specified time period, through the operation of the database, the management function and the track playback function of the GPS monitoring and dispatching management system are realized.
