【摘要】：信息技術(shù)及應(yīng)用,正在與城市發(fā)展產(chǎn)生千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系。信息技術(shù)已經(jīng)在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會各個領(lǐng)域深度應(yīng)用,提供了解決城市規(guī)劃、交通與物流、資源節(jié)約和環(huán)境保護(hù)等問題的手段,給推動城市管理和服務(wù)向智能化、精細(xì)化和便捷化方向發(fā)展,提高城市的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效率,促進(jìn)城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展等方面帶來巨大的影響。城市群地質(zhì)環(huán)境信息平臺的建設(shè)需要立足于城市群地質(zhì)環(huán)境調(diào)查實(shí)物工作取得的最新數(shù)據(jù)、資料和成果,全面整合以往地質(zhì)資料,結(jié)合城市群、經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)規(guī)劃和亟待解決的城市地質(zhì)問題,有效利用已有數(shù)據(jù)和成果進(jìn)行二次開發(fā)。為地方政府部門、地質(zhì)專業(yè)人員和社會公眾提供快捷方便的數(shù)據(jù)編錄、建庫工具、三維空間下的地質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)共享、多級智能檢索與評價分析服務(wù)。充分考慮社會需求與成果轉(zhuǎn)化,使基礎(chǔ)性環(huán)境地質(zhì)調(diào)查、監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)得以廣泛應(yīng)用。總體目標(biāo)任務(wù):應(yīng)用統(tǒng)一、兼容的數(shù)據(jù)庫和地理信息系統(tǒng)軟件Map GIS K9,開發(fā)城市群地質(zhì)環(huán)境綜合信息系統(tǒng),形成多數(shù)據(jù)源、多精度、多服務(wù)對象的地質(zhì)環(huán)境綜合信息平臺,促進(jìn)城市群水工環(huán)地質(zhì)信息服務(wù)集群化產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展,為政府管理、社會服務(wù)、科學(xué)研究提供信息服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Information technology and its application are inextricably linked with urban development. Information technology has been used in various fields of economy and society, providing solutions to urban planning, transportation and logistics. Resources conservation and environmental protection and other means to promote urban management and services to intelligent, meticulous and convenient direction of development, and improve the efficiency of the operation of the city. The construction of geological environment information platform of urban agglomeration needs to be based on the latest data, data and results obtained from the physical work of geological environment survey of urban agglomeration. Comprehensive integration of previous geological data, combined with urban agglomeration, economic zone planning and urban geological problems to be solved, effective use of existing data and results for secondary development. For local government departments. Geological professionals and the public provide quick and convenient data cataloguing, database building tools, geological data sharing in three-dimensional space, multi-level intelligent retrieval and evaluation and analysis services. So that the basic environmental geological survey, monitoring data can be widely used. The overall objective: the application of a unified, compatible database and GIS software Map GIS K9. The development of urban agglomeration geological environment comprehensive information system to form a multi-data source, multi-precision, multi-object geological environment comprehensive information platform, to promote the urban agglomeration hydro-environmental geological information services cluster industrialization development. To provide information services for government management, social services and scientific research.
