【摘要】：近年來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)外許多地方都在提出和著手進(jìn)行智慧城市建設(shè),城市信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是智慧城市建設(shè)的重要組成部分。城市信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施管理方式和手段,也直接影響智慧城市建設(shè)的質(zhì)量。 長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),城市信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施傳統(tǒng)的管理以人工方式為主,管理效率較低。同時(shí),由于信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施中包含地理空間數(shù)據(jù),傳統(tǒng)的管理方式很少能夠利用GIS技術(shù)進(jìn)行有效的可視化,為政府相關(guān)部門提供決策的信息非常有限。因此,在當(dāng)前的智慧城市建設(shè)過(guò)程中,建設(shè)以WebGIS為基礎(chǔ)的城市信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施管理系統(tǒng)非常必要。 本文在分析普陀區(qū)信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施管理的需求的基礎(chǔ)上,以普陀區(qū)基礎(chǔ)地理數(shù)據(jù)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施地理數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),以高效管理、輔助決策、方便市民生活為目標(biāo),以簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用、易于操作、數(shù)據(jù)安全為原則,結(jié)合WebGIS相關(guān)技術(shù),研究了如下內(nèi)容： (1)分析信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的傳統(tǒng)管理方式,找出管理中存在的問(wèn)題,包括效率低、數(shù)據(jù)不規(guī)范、數(shù)據(jù)完整性難以保證、不支持海量數(shù)據(jù)、數(shù)據(jù)共享機(jī)制不完善等,指明了研究的方向。 (2)基于信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施存在的問(wèn)題,提出了系統(tǒng)了建設(shè)框架,包括綜合信息資源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與規(guī)范的建設(shè)、信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施應(yīng)用管理系統(tǒng)以及信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對(duì)外訪問(wèn)窗口。 (3)探索了基于WebGIS進(jìn)行信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施管理的新方式,研究了其中涉及到的一些主要技術(shù)。 (4)研究了信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施管理過(guò)程中對(duì)查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)、報(bào)表、小區(qū)分析、樓宇分析等功能建設(shè)的思路及實(shí)現(xiàn)的方式。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many places at home and abroad are proposing and embarking on the construction of intelligent city, urban information infrastructure is an important part of the construction of intelligent city, urban information infrastructure management methods and means. It also directly affects the quality of the construction of intelligent cities. For a long time, the traditional management of urban information infrastructure is mainly manual, and the management efficiency is low. At the same time, because the information infrastructure contains geospatial data. The traditional management method can rarely use GIS technology to effectively visualize and provide decision-making information to relevant government departments very limited. Therefore, in the current process of smart city construction. It is necessary to construct the management system of urban information infrastructure based on WebGIS. Based on the analysis of the needs of information infrastructure management in Putuo District, this paper takes the basic geographic data and infrastructure geographic data of Putuo District as the foundation, and aims at efficient management, auxiliary decision-making and convenience for citizens' lives. Based on the principle of simple and practical, easy to operate and data security, combined with WebGIS technology, the following contents are studied: 1) analyze the traditional management methods of information infrastructure, find out the problems in the management, including low efficiency, non-standard data, difficult to ensure the integrity of data, do not support mass data. The data sharing mechanism is not perfect, and so on, pointing out the research direction. 2) based on the existing problems of information infrastructure, this paper puts forward a systematic construction framework, including the construction of comprehensive information resource database, standards and norms. Information infrastructure application management system and information infrastructure external access window. This paper explores a new way of information infrastructure management based on WebGIS, and studies some main technologies involved in it. 4) the paper studies the way of function construction and realization in the process of information infrastructure management, such as query, statistics, report, community analysis, building analysis and so on.
