【摘要】:本研究以地質(zhì)災(zāi)害頻發(fā)的神農(nóng)架林區(qū)為研究區(qū)域,以崩塌、滑坡、泥石流3種相關(guān)性較高的災(zāi)害為研究對(duì)象,基于GIS技術(shù)進(jìn)行區(qū)域崩滑流災(zāi)害的綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià),以輔助城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃及相關(guān)工作。評(píng)價(jià)基于研究區(qū)地形、地質(zhì)、災(zāi)害點(diǎn)等基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),選取崩滑流災(zāi)害影響因子,利用Arc GIS空間分析功能,結(jié)合SPSS軟件進(jìn)行Binary Logistic回歸分析,構(gòu)建災(zāi)害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型,編制基于模型的研究區(qū)崩滑流風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)圖,得到相應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,獲知災(zāi)害孕育發(fā)生的主要影響因素及區(qū)域內(nèi)崩滑流災(zāi)害高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)分布情況。并探討評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果在輔助防災(zāi)減災(zāi)專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃編制、城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展方向確定、重大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施選址等規(guī)劃重點(diǎn)工作方面的應(yīng)用,以期通過(guò)規(guī)劃,防治和規(guī)避崩滑流地質(zhì)災(zāi)害,保障山區(qū)人民群眾的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。
[Abstract]:This study takes Shennongjia forest area with frequent geological disasters as the research area and takes collapse landslide and debris flow as the objects of study. Based on GIS technology, the comprehensive risk assessment of regional landslide disaster is carried out to assist urban and rural planning and related work. The evaluation is based on the basic data of terrain, geology, disaster point and so on. The disaster risk assessment model was constructed by selecting the factors affecting the landslide flow, using the spatial analysis function of Arc GIS and combining the Binary Logistic regression analysis with the SPSS software. Based on the model, the risk assessment map of landslide flow in the study area is compiled, and the corresponding evaluation results are obtained. The main influencing factors of disaster preparation and the distribution of high risk area of landslide flow disaster in the region are known. The evaluation results are discussed in the assistance of disaster prevention and mitigation special planning, and the direction of urban and rural development is determined. In order to prevent and avoid landslide geological disasters and ensure the safety of people's lives and property in mountainous areas, the key work of planning such as siting of major infrastructure facilities is discussed in this paper.
