縣級(jí)配電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著電網(wǎng)的迅猛發(fā)展,相關(guān)的檔案、圖紙等信息數(shù)據(jù)不斷增加,饋線之間的相互關(guān)系日益復(fù)雜,對(duì)電力部門的調(diào)度以及管理要求越來(lái)越高。為了使城市電網(wǎng)發(fā)展要求得到滿足,許多大中城市的電力部門都相繼自主開發(fā)了配電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)(又稱GIS系統(tǒng)),并利用配電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)管理電力線路、電力設(shè)備等。為了滿足規(guī)范化管理的需要,縣級(jí)供電部門也開始引入配電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng),對(duì)縣級(jí)城區(qū)的配電網(wǎng)線路、設(shè)備等進(jìn)行管理。然而,縣級(jí)供電部門有其自身的特點(diǎn),過去的方法以及經(jīng)驗(yàn),并不完全適用于建設(shè)縣級(jí)供電部門的配電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)。 在電力系統(tǒng)配電線路的設(shè)備管理中,需要處理大量的圖紙以及設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù),這些圖紙和數(shù)據(jù)均與地理位置密切相關(guān)。本文結(jié)合縣級(jí)配電網(wǎng)管理的自身特點(diǎn)以及管理需求,提出了一種在縣級(jí)配電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用GIS技術(shù)的模式。將GIS技術(shù)應(yīng)用于基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的大型關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中,完成了唐縣配電網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。它的主要的功能就是利用計(jì)算機(jī)在地理信息系統(tǒng)上進(jìn)行有關(guān)圖紙和文件的管理,并可及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、完整地提供出電力部門所需要的各類管理信息。此系統(tǒng)的建成不但對(duì)電力安全生產(chǎn)起到了有力的保障,同時(shí)在線路的科學(xué)規(guī)劃方面提供了輔助決策的功能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of power grid, related files, drawings and other information data are increasing, and the relationship between feeder lines is becoming more and more complex. In order to meet the requirements of urban power grid development, the requirements of dispatching and management in the power sector are becoming higher and higher. Many power departments in large and medium-sized cities have developed their own distribution network geographic information system (GIS system), and use distribution network geographic information system to manage power lines. Power equipment. In order to meet the needs of standardized management, the county power supply departments also began to introduce the distribution network geographic information system, to the county level distribution network lines, equipment management. However. The power supply department at the county level has its own characteristics, past methods and experiences, which are not fully applicable to the construction of the distribution network geographic information system of the power supply department at the county level. In the equipment management of power distribution line, a large number of drawings and equipment data need to be processed. These drawings and data are closely related to geographical location. This paper combines the characteristics and management requirements of county distribution network management. In this paper, a mode of applying GIS technology to the distribution automation system at county level is presented, and the GIS technology is applied to the large-scale relational database based on the network environment. Completed the development and implementation of the Tangxian distribution network geographic information system. Its main function is to use the computer to manage the relevant drawings and documents on the GIS, and it can be timely and accurate. All kinds of management information needed by electric power department are provided completely. This system not only has a strong guarantee for electric power safety in production, but also provides the function of auxiliary decision in the scientific planning of power line.
