臺車中深孔采礦中的測量方法研究

【摘要】:普通雙人操作型鉆機(jī)進(jìn)行中深孔采礦時(shí),通常使用傳統(tǒng)的測量方法。這種測量方法比較粗糙,炮孔定位和施工精度較低,會造成爆破孔分布不均或定位不準(zhǔn)確,無法嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)施工,容易導(dǎo)致爆破后出現(xiàn)超挖、欠挖、采場輪廓不規(guī)則等情況,甚至揭露F1冒落。本文針對臺車中深孔采礦作業(yè)特點(diǎn),提出了一整套創(chuàng)新的測量技術(shù)方案,在三山島金礦中深孔采礦方法的試驗(yàn)中成功進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用,大大提高了現(xiàn)場作業(yè)的精度、效率和安全性,保證了中深孔采礦整體的施工質(zhì)量和安全質(zhì)量,并在后期爆破中取得了良好的爆破效果,在同行業(yè)其他礦山的生產(chǎn)中具有推廣和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The conventional measuring method is usually used in the middle and deep hole mining of common double operation rig, which is rough, low precision of hole location and construction, which will result in uneven distribution of blasting holes or inaccurate positioning of blasting holes. It is difficult to strictly follow the design and construction, which can easily lead to over-excavation, underexcavation, irregular outline of stope after blasting, and even expose F1 caving. This paper aims at the characteristics of medium and deep hole mining operation of bench wagon. A set of innovative measurement technique scheme is put forward, which has been successfully applied in the test of the medium and deep hole mining method of Sanshandao Gold Mine, which greatly improves the accuracy, efficiency and safety of the field operation. The construction quality and safety quality of the whole medium and deep hole mining are guaranteed, and good blasting effect is obtained in the later stage of blasting, which is of great significance in the production of other mines in the same industry.
