【摘要】：隨著語義技術在地理空間領域的應用和發(fā)展,地理語義化項目越來越多,地理語義數據也愈加豐富和龐大。為了能夠有效地處理和應用地理語義數據,快速、有效、智能化的地理語義查詢是十分必要的。 GeoSPARQL規(guī)范是地理本體、SPARQL語法空間擴展、推理規(guī)則等技術推動下的產物。GeoSPARQL規(guī)范是OGC2012年9月發(fā)布的一個地理語義查詢規(guī)范,該規(guī)范的目的是提供一個能夠廣泛使用的地理語義查詢使用方案,從而能夠對異構的、不兼容的地理語義數據進行一致的表示和查詢。GeoSPARQL規(guī)范定義了一個與簡單要素模型兼容的RDF/OWL本體詞表,用于描述地物、地物幾何對象以及兩者間的關系；一個SPARQL空間擴展函數集,用于規(guī)范基于SPARQL語法的地理語義空間查詢的謂詞構建；一個規(guī)則交換格式(RIF,Rule Interchange Format)集,用于地理語義推理查詢。 為了實現對地理語義數據的快速有效的查詢,從而更加有效的處理和應用地理語義數據,本文基于GeoSPARQL規(guī)范,在語義相關技術的支持下研究和解決地理語義查詢的幾個關鍵問題,即SPARQL語法上的空間查詢擴展,高效的數據組織,以及智能化查詢。 本文主要有如下貢獻： 1、在SPARQL語法層上構建和實現了GeoSPARQL規(guī)范中的空間算子 針對OGC最新的地理語義查詢規(guī)范GeoSPARQL,基于ARQ的查詢和擴展機制,在SPARQL語法層上構建和實現了GeoSPARQL的空間算子,實現地理語義空間關系查詢。 2、提出并實現滿足GeoSPARQL規(guī)范中地理本體的地理語義空間索引 在RDF數據組織和傳統(tǒng)空間索引的研究基礎上,提出地理語義數據模型—空間四元組(GeoQuard)模型；在該模型的基礎上,提出和構建了地理語義空間索引結構。 3、提出和實現了一種基于STX語法的流式數據轉換方法 在地理語義屬性推理查詢中,針對方法流程中的GML文件到地理本體文件的數據轉換問題,提出和實現了一種基于STX語法的流式數據轉換方法,實現GML文件到本體文件的快速有效轉換。 4、構建和實現了GeoSPARQL的解析層,支持對GeoSPARQL中的本體實例數據以及GeoSPARQL的衍生本體數據的解析和空間可視化。 本文的研究內容豐富了語義技術在地理空間領域的研究,一定程度上促進了地理語義查詢的研究和應用。
[Abstract]:With the application and development of semantic technology in the field of geospatial, there are more and more geo-semantic projects and geo-semantic data become richer and larger. In order to effectively process and apply geo-semantic data, it is fast. Effective and intelligent geographical semantic query is very necessary. The GeoSPARQL specification is an extension of the geographical ontology Sparql syntax space. The product, GeoSparql, which is driven by reasoning rules and other technologies, is a geographical semantic query specification published by OGC2012 in September. The purpose of this specification is to provide a widely used solution for geo-semantic query usage, so that it can be used for heterogeneous. Incompatibility of geographical semantic data for consistent representation and query. GeoSparql specification defines a simple element model compatible with the RDF/OWL ontology vocabulary used to describe features. Geometric objects of ground objects and the relationship between them; A set of extended functions in SPARQL space, which is used to construct predicates for geo-semantic spatial query based on SPARQL syntax. A rule exchange format called riff Rule Interchange format, which is used for geo-semantic reasoning query. In order to realize the quick and effective query of the geographic semantic data, so as to process and apply the geographic semantic data more effectively, this paper is based on the GeoSPARQL specification. With the support of semantic related technology, several key problems of geographic semantic query are studied and solved, such as spatial query expansion in SPARQL syntax, efficient data organization, and intelligent query. The main contributions of this paper are as follows: 1. The spatial operators in the GeoSPARQL specification are constructed and implemented on the SPARQL syntax layer. Aiming at GeoSPARQL, the latest geosemantic query specification of OGC, the query and extension mechanism based on ARQ is introduced. The spatial operator of GeoSPARQL is constructed and implemented on the SPARQL syntax layer, and the query of geographical semantic spatial relation is realized. 2. A geographical semantic spatial index satisfying GeoSPARQL specification is proposed and implemented. Based on the research of RDF data organization and traditional spatial index, a geo-semantic data model-Spatial Quaternion GeoQuard model is proposed. Based on this model, a geographical semantic spatial index structure is proposed and constructed. 3. A method of streaming data conversion based on STX syntax is proposed and implemented. In order to solve the problem of data conversion from GML files to geographical ontology files in the method flow, a method of streaming data conversion based on STX syntax is proposed and implemented in geographical semantic attribute reasoning query. Realize the fast and effective transformation from GML file to ontology file. 4. Build and implement the parsing layer of GeoSPARQL. Supports parsing and spatial visualization of ontology instance data in GeoSPARQL and derivative ontology data in GeoSPARQL. The research content of this paper enriches the research of semantic technology in the field of geospatial, and to some extent promotes the research and application of geographical semantic query.
