【摘要】：正"十三五"期間,我國(guó)將以深地、深海、深空為主攻方向和突破口,構(gòu)建"三深一土"的國(guó)土資源戰(zhàn)略科技新格局。其中,實(shí)施深空對(duì)地觀(guān)測(cè)戰(zhàn)略,重點(diǎn)是適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)遙感信息技術(shù)日益增強(qiáng)的需求,實(shí)施對(duì)地觀(guān)測(cè)衛(wèi)星重大工程,發(fā)展深空對(duì)地觀(guān)測(cè)技術(shù),加強(qiáng)衛(wèi)星遙感應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用,不斷提高國(guó)土資源監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)管能力,更好地支撐生態(tài)國(guó)土和智慧國(guó)土建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China will take deep ground, deep sea, and deep space as the main direction of attack and breakthrough, and will construct a new pattern of land and resources strategic science and technology of "three deep, one earth," in which the strategy of deep space-to-earth observation will be implemented. The emphasis is to meet the increasing demand for remote sensing information technology in economic and social development, to implement major projects for Earth observation satellites, to develop deep air-to-earth observation technology, and to strengthen the development and application of key technologies for satellite remote sensing applications. Constantly improve the monitoring and supervision of land and resources, better support ecological land and intelligent land construction.
