【摘要】:近些年,智能交通系統(tǒng)(ITS-Intelligent Transportation System)研究越來越受到重視,借鑒國外成功經驗,ITS能夠有效提高道路利用率,優(yōu)化交通流量,減少道路擁堵,,遏制交通事故發(fā)生,能在一定程度上改善交通困境。交通卡口監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),以收費站、進出城大動脈、治安檢查站為依托建立卡口點,成功解決了車輛過境檢測問題,不僅能全天候持續(xù)監(jiān)控路段的通行情況,還能對多種車輛違章行為作出準確判斷。 本文設計的交通卡口管理平臺基于B/S模式開發(fā),以先進的卡口前端采集技術和公安內部高效傳輸網為前提,借助ArcGIS系列軟件強大的地圖處理和開發(fā)功能,采用SQL Server與ArcSDE完成系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的搭建,由ArcGIS Server搭建地圖服務器,采用業(yè)內成熟的J2EE三層技術架構搭建業(yè)務處理服務器,在直接與用戶接觸的網頁端采用Flex技術實現(xiàn)地圖操作和業(yè)務實現(xiàn),達到WebGIS和“富互聯(lián)網應用”的目的。交通管理人員通過遠端瀏覽器訪問平臺,可以對卡口業(yè)務進行綜合可視化的管理。 文章首先分析了交通卡口系統(tǒng)研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,并著重介紹了設計的總體架構和研究目標;在提出課題研究需求的同時,對課題涉及到的關鍵技術做了簡要介紹;綜合平臺設計原則,設計依據(jù)和體系結構等多方面因素,提出了交通卡口管理平臺的總體設計方案;隨后詳細介紹了包含業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)和GIS數(shù)據(jù)在內的課題數(shù)據(jù)庫的設計方法,并成功實現(xiàn)了各模塊功能;在文章的最后對課題做出了總結和展望。 本課題設計的交通卡口管理平臺界面友好、易于操作、功能豐富、運行穩(wěn)定、可擴展性強,便于交管人員及時有效的開展交通組織和業(yè)務操作。平臺同時集成了GIS功能和業(yè)務功能,在提高交管工作效率和打擊道路違法犯罪等方面發(fā)揮了功效,在營造安全、快速、高效率的道路環(huán)境和行車秩序上起到了積極作用,對交通管理領域的交通應急指揮系統(tǒng)、車輛誘導系統(tǒng)、綜合交通信息發(fā)布等系統(tǒng)的建設具有指導意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research of Intelligent Intelligent Transportation system (ITS-Intelligent Transportation system) has been paid more and more attention. ITS can effectively improve road utilization, optimize traffic flow, reduce road congestion, curb traffic accidents, and to some extent improve traffic plight. In and out of the city artery, security checkpoints for the establishment of a bayonet point, successfully solve the problem of vehicle transit detection, not only can continuously monitor the traffic situation of the road all the time. Also can make accurate judgment to a variety of vehicle violation behavior. The traffic bayonet management platform designed in this paper is based on the development of B / S mode and is based on the advanced front end acquisition technology of the bayonet and the efficient transmission network within the public security. With the help of the powerful map processing and development function of ArcGIS series software, SQL Server and ArcSDE are used to build the database of the system. The map server is built by ArcGIS Server, and the service processing server is built by using the mature J2EE three-tier technical framework. The Flex technology is used to realize map operation and business implementation in the web pages which directly contact with users. To achieve the purpose of WebGIS and "rich Internet application", traffic managers can access the platform through remote browser, and can manage the business of bayonet comprehensively and visually. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research status and development trend of traffic bayonet system, and introduces the overall structure and research goal of the design. At the same time, the key technologies involved in the project are introduced briefly. Comprehensive platform design principle, design basis and system structure and other factors, put forward the overall design scheme of traffic bayonet management platform; Then the design method of subject database including business data and GIS data is introduced in detail, and the functions of each module are realized successfully. At the end of the article, a summary and prospect of the subject are made. The traffic bayonet management platform designed in this paper has friendly interface, easy operation, rich function, stable operation and strong expansibility. The platform integrates the GIS function and the business function at the same time, which plays an important role in improving the efficiency of traffic management and cracking down on road crime and so on. It plays an active role in creating a safe, fast and efficient road environment and driving order. It plays a positive role in traffic emergency command system and vehicle guidance system in the field of traffic management. The construction of integrated traffic information publishing system is of guiding significance.
