基于Skyline的村鎮(zhèn)土地利用輔助規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:建設(shè)好社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村,規(guī)劃必須先行。必須結(jié)合實(shí)際不斷研究問題,創(chuàng)新思路,建立和完善我國村鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃體系,增強(qiáng)村鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃的科學(xué)性和可操作性。目前我國村莊和集鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃的大多數(shù)應(yīng)用實(shí)踐不科學(xué)不深入,多數(shù)村鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃還多處在處理分析二維矢量數(shù)據(jù)的階段,三維GIS村鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)尚處在發(fā)展階段。 為了能夠滿足系統(tǒng)的功能和性能需求,比較了今國內(nèi)外多種三維GIS平臺(tái)工具在性能的優(yōu)劣,采用Skyline套件結(jié)合具有強(qiáng)大數(shù)據(jù)處理分析能力的ArcGIS Engine的方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)村鎮(zhèn)土地利用規(guī)劃輔助系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)主要有界面、工具、土地情況分析、空間分析、村鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃分析5個(gè)部分組成。工具模塊包括:測量功能、圖層導(dǎo)入功能、導(dǎo)入模型功能、創(chuàng)建模型功能?臻g分析模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)對三維場景地物、地表模型進(jìn)行空間分析,包括其對其等高線進(jìn)行等高線分析、視區(qū)分析和剖面分析。土地類型分析實(shí)現(xiàn)土地的類型查詢、土地信息查詢和土地類型分析功能。村鎮(zhèn)輔助規(guī)劃模塊主要實(shí)現(xiàn)指標(biāo)分析、通視分析等村鎮(zhèn)輔助規(guī)劃分析功能。 三維村鎮(zhèn)土地利用輔助規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)采用先進(jìn)的軟件技術(shù)和開發(fā)模式是界面友好、操作簡潔、利于決策者使用。依據(jù)某村鎮(zhèn)流域的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施情況和自然人文條件,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)不僅能對村鎮(zhèn)流域地表地物景觀進(jìn)行瀏覽、編輯,而且能夠?yàn)榇彐?zhèn)規(guī)劃研究和村鎮(zhèn)合理建設(shè)提供輔助規(guī)劃相關(guān)工具的支持。
[Abstract]:In order to construct the new socialist countryside well, the planning must go first. We must constantly study the problems in combination with the reality and innovate our ideas to establish and perfect the planning system of villages and towns in our country. At present, most of the application practice of village and market planning in our country is not scientific, and most of the village and town planning is still in the stage of processing and analyzing two-dimensional vector data. Three-dimensional GIS village and town planning system is still in the development stage. In order to meet the functional and performance requirements of the system, this paper compares the performance of various 3D GIS platform tools at home and abroad. The paper uses Skyline package and ArcGIS Engine with powerful data processing and analysis ability to realize the auxiliary system of village land use planning. The system has interface and tools. Land situation analysis, spatial analysis, village and town planning analysis of five parts. Tool modules include: measurement function, layer import function, import model function. Create the model function. The spatial analysis module realizes the spatial analysis of 3D scene and surface model, including the contour analysis of its contour. Land type analysis realizes land type query, land information query and land type analysis function. Village and town assistant planning module mainly realizes index analysis. General view analysis and other villages and towns auxiliary planning analysis function. Three-dimensional land use assistance planning system in villages and towns adopts advanced software technology and development model. It has friendly interface, simple operation and convenient use for decision makers. It is based on the infrastructure situation of a village and town watershed and natural person conditions. The system design can not only browse and edit the landscape of villages and towns, but also provide the support of assistant planning tools for the study of village and town planning and the reasonable construction of villages and towns.
